    Abstract:   隨著科技高度發展、土地高度開發利用及全球氣候變化異常,水災及颱風的發生有增加的趨勢,導致複合災害日益增多,災害防救任務與日俱增,消防及救災工作是政府施政上極為重要的一環,它不但不但是人民生命財產安全與社會安定的基礎,也是國家長治久安的根本。本研究主要探討台南縣消防人員工作壓力,了解消防人員工作壓力來源、所面臨的壓力問題、與可做為未來調查消防人員壓力解決的構面,俾提供提供主管機關參考之建議。    本研究以台南縣消防局外勤消防人員為研究母體,包括3個大隊及所屬37個分隊及1個救護站,經採問卷調查法施測,並以次數分配、因素分析、描述性統計分析、Pearson相關性分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計分析方法進行分析研究。本研究發現如下:一、工作壓力來源與工作壓力反應間有相關性,工作壓力主要來自「工作本質因素」、「家庭因素」、「生涯發展」及「人際關係」。二、工作壓力源與壓力反應的關聯,受人格特質影響。三、人口統計變項不同,壓力反應平均數存在差異。四、壓力紓解方式採取運動的人最多,睡覺及休假次之。    根據研究發現,對員工及管理單位提相關建議,使其能做好壓力管理,消除引起員工工作壓力之不利因素。
      With a rapid development of industries, the enormous use of land, follow a high degree of global climate change. The occurrence of floods and typhoons are increasing relatively, and so causing an increasing number of disasters. The disaster prevention, fire and disaster relief work is extremely important for a government on the part of people's lives, property safety and social stability.     This study investigates the Tainan County firefighter’s work pressure, the pressure source, the pressure facing the disasters and firefighting. The results can be used as a suggestion to relieve firemen pressure so that the authorities can easily manage the fire department.     The firefighters of Tainan County Fire Department are the population of my study. It includes three brigade units with 37 subunits and a first aid station. The statistic survey includes: the distribution of frequency, factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, the independent samples T-test, ANOVA statistical analysis and other methods of research.   This study has the following findings: 1. The source of work pressure is related to: "nature of the work factor", "family factors", "career development" and "interpersonal relations". 2. Personality traits have impact on work stress and pressure. 3. Demographic variables have significant differences on the average response to pressure. 4. Excise, sleep and vacation are the best ways to relieve the pressure accordingly.
