國際佛光會是一個全球知名的台灣非政府組織，在許多國家設有分會。它於二００三年被聯合國經社理事會授予特殊諮商地位，是台灣擁有此一殊榮的唯一民間團體。本論文試圖發現國際佛光會為贏得此一地位所採取的策略。 The Buddha's Light International Association is a worldly-known civil group originated from Taiwan that has divisions in many countries. It has the special consultative status awarded by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.It is the only group originated from Taiwan that has the status.This thesis tries to find out its strategy to sucess in terms of acquiring the special consultative status.
