As the Web technologies grow up quickly in recent years, huge amounts of information let people spend a lot of time to deal with data. In order to solve this problem, we use Semantic Web technologies to develop an automatic annotation system to integrate Ontology and Formal Concept Analysis (FCA). We call this system as an FCA-based Automated Annotation System (FAAS). Ontology is a foundation of the semantic web. It explicitly defines domain knowledge. FCA is a method for knowledge representation and data analysis. The major benefits of FAAS are summarized as follows: providing exact information for the user; increasing the effectiveness of information retrieval; enhancing the capability of automation processing; achieving the detailed services of annotation.
