位於偏遠地區之居民其對於資訊與知識之取得不易,其中主要原因歸咎於所在的地理位置為較偏遠的地方,導致交通的不便,使得在偏遠地區的居民不易獲取最新的資訊與知識。造成偏遠地區之發展受到阻礙,因此偏遠地區的知識擴散則相對重要,故本研究以個案研究法針對太和社區的知識擴散進行探究。本研究結果發現影響該地區知識擴散會因為外部支援及領導者的涉入程度,使專案實施受到影響;而地區居民會因共同目標或願景、產業特性及工作時程、知識內容及參與動機、課程規劃涉入程度到居民們之間的凝聚力,來影響到地區居民的參與度進而影響該地區知識之擴散;也會因教育程度及年齡的關係,使學習能力受到影響進而影響該地區知識之擴散。 It is not easy for people in remote areas to get knowledge and information. The main reason is that they live in remoter areas and transportation is inconvenient. The development in remote areas is obstructed, therefore, knowledge diffusion in remote areas is relatively important. This study uses a case study method to explore the knowledge diffusion in Taiho Community. The results have shown that the knowledge diffusion in this community is affected by the outer support and the involvement of leaders, and then the implement of project is affected. Residents’ participations and the knowledge diffusion in this community are affected by residents’ common goals or perspectives, industry characteristics and working schedules, knowledge and participation motives, the involvement of curriculum planning, and cohesion among residents. Learning abilities are also affected by levels of education and age, and then the knowledge diffusion in this community is affected.
