| 摘要: | 有關全球環境保護的議題日益受到高度重視，企業在面對變動極遽的廿一世紀經營挑戰時，必須重新思考經營策略及綠色創新作法，以及時回應市場的需求及脈動。因此，現在的企業在經營上不能漠視環境保護的存在，應酌量企業本身的條件與資源，以適當的環保標準引導企業環保技術的創新，可更有效的利用資源，降低成本，增加產品價值，希冀在未來益加嚴峻的環保趨勢中取得先機。 基於上述的考量，本研究旨在探討企業的環境保護策略與綠色創新技術的採行，分析其對企業綠色管理績效所造成的影響。瞭解國內企業在重視環境保護之基本理念下，是否能夠如預期的同時創造出企業競爭優勢。本研究針對台灣經濟部標準檢驗局ISO 14001認可登錄廠商為研究對象，進行問卷調查，採用群集分析、因素分析、變異數分析及迴歸分析等統計方法，進行假說驗證。 研究結果顯示：第一，企業採行的環境保護策略對綠色創新技術的投入有顯著的正相關；第二，企業採行的環境保護策略對企業綠色管理績效有顯著的正相關；第三，企業所採行之綠色創新技術對企業綠色管理績效有顯著的正相關；第四，企業基本屬性不同對企業環境保護策略有部分的顯著差異；；第五，企業基本屬性不同對企業綠色創新技術投入有部分的顯著差異。
