摘要: | 在注重大眾教育與公共關係的博物館新興事業中,專門性的出版品已成為觀眾參觀展覽與研究蒐集的指引,而以前為「自己說話」的文物,必須被加以重新的詮釋,以增進社會教育的成效。本研究的主要目的,在於瞭解博物館出版品運用於教育推廣所產生的效益,以及群眾對出版品的需求程度。一方面,以時間的縱軸探索博物館出版品的過去、現在、未來;另一方面,以博物館的展示、研究、教育、典藏功能為橫軸,交叉分析研究今日博物館出版品應有的定位與功能及其未來的趨勢。 博物館為學校以外最重要的教育場所,它可利用出版品來進行教育推廣、展覽、典藏、研究等活動,同時也可以作為社會教育與學校教育之間的橋樑;彌補學校教育的不足與增進學習社會教育教材之用。有鑑於此,本研究以「博物館出版品與教育推廣應用之研究」作為題目,探討博物館出版品與教育推廣之相關理論,並分析國立歷史博物館運用出版品的情形,再提出檢討與建議。首先,運用文獻分析法,來探討相關理論;再針對國立歷史博物館參觀群眾進行問卷調查,以瞭解博物館出版品的現況與觀眾應用情形;且為進一步瞭解國立歷史博物館出版品與教育推廣的互動關係,進行工作人員深度訪談,以探討二者的關係;最後針對博物館出版品與教育推廣應用之現況提出建議,作為研究改進的參考。 根據研究結果得出以下結論: 國立歷史博物館出版品的傳播模式與操作及出版品的概況、教育推廣活動運用博物館出版品的情形、國立歷史博物館的組織體系運作、博物館出版品的未來趨勢、參觀觀眾回饋影響。 根據研究結論,研究者提出下列建議: 博物館出版品的分級與分類、提供參觀群眾意見回饋的管道、加強博物館出版品的傳播效果、提高文物服務中心的教育潛能、提供物美價廉的博物館出版品、開拓館外銷售網路、成立博物館出版品借閱中心及博物館出版品人力的培訓等,以增進博物館出版品教育推廣效能。 The booming museum industry emphasizes public education and public relations whereas specific publications are guidelines for visitors to participate and review as well as study. The modern publications shall be reedited and interpreted, not just say their own words as before, in order to improve social education effect. The study is to recognize the effect gendered by museum publications applying to educational promotion, and demand level requested by the public. The vertical axis lists publications in the past, present and future; horizontal axis lays museum functions as exhibition, study, education and collection. Accordingly, the intersection of two axes analyzes and studies position and function for the museum and its perspectives. The museum is the most important educational site in addition to schools. It uses publications to promote education, arrange exhibition, collection and study. At the same time, it links social education and academic education to compensate inadequacy of academic education as well as increase social education contents. In that case, the construction titles” Study on museum publications and educational promotion application” is to study related theories concerning publications and educational promotion. It also analyzes present individual museum how to exercise their publications and make reviews and suggestions. It starts with literary analysis to explore related theories; it comprehends current publications status and visitor’s usage by submitting questionnaire to visitors in National Museum of History. To capture interactive relation between National Museum of History publications and educational promotion, it made interviews with staffs. Finally it presents suggestions for improvement. The following conclusions are made based on research results: The publicity mode and operation of National Museum of History, the profile of publications, the situation of educational and promotional activities making use of Museum publications, the organizational system operation of National Museum of History, the future trend of Museum publications, and the effect of feedback from viewers. The the following recommendations based on research conclusions: To grade and classify Museum publications, provide channels for feedback from visiting publics, strengthen the publicity effect of Museum publications, increase the education potential of antique service center, provide museum publications of excellent quality and reasonable price, and develop sales network outside the Museum, to raise the educational and promotional efficacy of museum publications. |
