加拿大籍學者葉嘉瑩先生浸淫於古典詩詞領域數十年,在詩與詞的研究上皆有自成一家的風貌,而且在台灣或大陸皆具有一定的影響力。然而考察有關葉先生論述的整體研究,卻顯然並未受到相當的關注。因此本文是從葉先生論唐宋詞之研究,作為整理與說明的起點,俾使葉先生的論述文字能以系統的方式呈現。 葉先生論唐宋詞的核心,在於她從中國文學傳統所領悟出之「興發感動」的美感精神。在詮釋葉先生的「興發感動」理論體系時,筆者將之區分為「心物相感的創作過程」、「觸動聯想的欣賞過程」以及「藝術表現力與興發感動的互動性」三部分來探討詩歌從孕育到傳達的全部過程,並且從「詞境」的審美範疇追尋「興發感動」的審美觀照。 葉先生認為唐宋詞在發展的過程中既具有穩定的美感特質,亦有隨詞體演進發展而轉變的美學特質。所謂穩定的特質,在於具含有一種深隱曲折耐人尋繹的美感,而不同時期的詞則發展成三種風格:歌辭之詞、詩化之詞和賦化之詞,各具有不同的風貌。不管是何種風格的詞,都曾在傳統中形成一種困惑,針對這種困惑,葉先生借用西方女性主義理論女性敘寫的觀念,為詞的特殊美學特質找到一種理論上的說明。 此外葉先生論唐宋詞方法之特色,其旨歸在於援用西方分析佐論中國傳統的方法,對傳統詩詞作出更具系統及邏輯性的解說。本文將試著從主體心靈的探索、藝術表現的探尋和歷史發展的考察三方面歸結出其論詞方法的特色。 The scholar Yeh, Chia-Ying, have Canada nationality, immerses herself in classical lyric several years. Professor Yeh have her style in research of lyric have quite influence in Taiwan or Mainland China. But it seems not have fairly concern about study whole research of Professor Yeh. So this thesis is the beginning of sorting and interpreting from study of Yeh, Chia-Ying research on Tang-Sung Tz’u. And I hope that I could make Professor Yeh’s discussion can present systematically. The pith of Professor Yeh’s research about Tang-Sung Tz’u is “Arise sensation”. (興發感動) That was her digesting from traditional literature in Mainland China. This thesis will mark it off three parts, “The associate process between subjective and objective” “The appreciating process of tactility” and “The reciprocal between artistic expressiveness and arise sensation “, and make a search for the lyric from borne to communicate. In the bargain, this thesis will scour for the esthetic viewpoint, arise sensation, from lyrical cumstance. Professor Yeh believes aesthetic qualities those are stabilized and fluctuant in the developing process of Tang-Sung Tz’u. Such as the stabilized quality comprises food for thought and secluded experience. At that, Tz’u developed into three aspects in several ages: Song of Tz’u(歌辭之詞), Poem of Tz’u(詩化之詞) and Fu of Tz’u(賦化之詞). Professor Yeh had found the explanation that borrowed the feminist literary theory about female-writing in traditional obsession. In addition, the characteristic of Professor Yeh who disserts Tang-Sung Tz’u is simmering down to that she is used western analytics to explain the traditional methods of Chinese. She explicates lyric more systematically and logically. This treatise will try to summarize the Professor Yeh’s topical feature in three ways. Those are searching for the subjective souls, artistic expressiveness and history developing.
