    摘要: 雖然電子商務在實務界應用的研究盛為風行,但針對華人市場的相關研究卻並不多,因此本研究選擇中國大陸這個華人最大的市場為研究重點,主要在探討中國大陸互聯網產業的發展現況、未來發展趨勢、政府相關網路政策與法令,及中國加入WTO後互聯網產業可能出現的影響與改變,並以綜合入口網站──搜狐網,與B2B電子商務網站──8848公司作為個案研究對象,藉由分析其經營模式與競爭策略,來檢視中國互聯網產業的運作情形,以便對互聯網企業未來可能面臨的挑戰找出因應對策。 研究顯示,中國綜合入口網站的成功因素,包括:掌握時機,成為市場第一;品牌的創新獨特與差異化服務;快速反應環境變動,並持續改進;開發多元化獲利來源等。而中國B2B電子商務網站的成功因素,則包括:領先進入市場,以時間換取空間;利用策略聯盟,達成互惠合作;產品與服務切合中國本土化企業之需求;虛擬結合實體,使獲利具體呈現;人才是最重要的資產等。
    There has been numerous research done on the impacts of electronic commerce in our society, however, few focused on its influence in the Chinese market. Hence in our research paper, I intend to explore the impacts of E-commerce in the Chinese market; primarily focusing on Mainland China. I plan to concentrate our research upon the current development of the Internet industry in China, and the policies and regulations imparted upon electronic commerce within the country. In addition, I will try to analyze the future trends in the development of E-commerce in China, and the influence of the country’s recent participation in the World Trade Organization (WTO), and its impact on the Internet industry. Based upon this research and analysis of the business model & competition strategy on the major portal site company, www.Sohu.com and the major B2B E-Commerce company, www.8848.com, some key factors in the operations of E-commerce companies will be discussed. This will provide the basic strategies in which large enterprises utilize to meet future challenges of the rapid changing Internet industry in the Chinese market. Basing on the research, the successful factors of the Chinese portal site company include: grasp the chance and become the best; brand innovation, unique and differentiation; instanter response the changing environment and keep improving; develop more ways to make profit, etc. The successful factors of the Chinese B2B E-Commerce company include: first mover advantage to give time and get the rate of the market in return; use strategic alliance to achieve reciprocal cooperation; match the needs of the local enterprises in China; virtual reality combines with entity to make money; human resource is the most important assets, etc.
