    Abstract: 知識經濟時代的來臨,誰能掌握更多的知識,誰就是最後的勝利者。特別是在人員流動頻繁的非營利事業組織,許多專業知識及經驗很容易隨員工的離職而喪失,組織為了能順利運作,往往都會對工作內容、流程等用各種方式保存記錄,如建立文件或電腦資料檔。然而隨著組織成長,保存的資料越來越多,若沒有一個好的知識管理工具,要從大量的資料中找出所需要的資訊,往往要花上不少的時間。 而現今組織的致勝關鍵就是「效率」,如果因為浪費過多時間在資料搜尋及分析上,將會錯失先機。因此,若能有效地管理及運用組織累積的經驗及知識,使組織以較有效率且精確的方法面對各種人事及環境的變遷,對組織提昇其適應力及競爭力將有莫大的幫助。有鑑於此,知識的運用及有效率的傳承對組織策略影響非常重要,也成為建構組織恆久競爭力之必要條件。 本研究藉由歸納整理各學者對知識管理措施的看法,據此編列個案深度訪談問卷,進行探索性實證研究,分別從個案基金會其組織運作之中,對知識的應用來探討有關知識管理之議題。 本篇論文主要的研究目的,在探討有關企業型教育基金會應用知識管理的情況以及實施方法,以提供非營利組織具有實質建設性的建議,並期日後能更加重視知識管理。 經由深度訪談發現,主要的研究結果可分為以下六個方面: 一、知識的取得:1.報章、雜誌、書籍與網際網路的涉獵。2.內部的教育訓練課程與在職進修。 二、知識的創造:1.研究或學術單位的交流。2.同業間合作。 三、知識的蓄積:1.書面文件、電腦檔案與師徒制。2.架設網站。3.結合企業的資源。 四、知識的移轉:當從組織外部獲得新的知識時,主要是透過專案簡報會議的方式,對基金會裡的職員進行溝通,使其接受與應用。 五、知識的擴散:藉由組織內部的教育訓練課程,以及使用視訊會議、電子郵件與電子佈告欄的方式來傳達、公佈資料訊息,將組織知識擴散到每位成員的身上。 六、知識的分享:在非營利組織內部的知識分享是很普遍的,也是組織主要的特色之一,藉由人與人彼此間的直接互動、讀書會、正式的教育訓練、資訊科技的運用及圖書館的使用等方式將經驗知識分享到每位職員的身上。
    To survive and compete in the knowledge economy society, organizations must accumulate and use their intellectual assets effectively. Especially, nonprofits lose their organizational technologies and experience easily due to the frequent mobility of volunteers or employees. Nonprofits keep their procedures, working information in many ways, such as message files or computer files. If nonprofits cannot own the adequate knowledge management instruments, they will lose their competitive advantages. This study integrates the building blocks of knowledge management from the literature survey, and then conducts the depth interview of the case of educational foundations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the situations and the procedures of the knowledge management in the selected case. Through the use of depth interview, this study makes the conclusions from the following six dimensions: 1.Knowledge acquisition: through training program, continuing educational program, and information from outside. 2.Knowledge creation: through cooperation among other nonprofits. 3.Knowledge accumulation: thorough Internet homepage, synthesis of corporate resources. 4.Knowledge transfer: thorough presentations of projects. 5.Knowledge distribution: through BBS, e-mail. 6.Knowledge sharing: through interactive learning, use of internal library.
