    摘要: 以往,畢業生資源並未受到重視,運用顧客關係管理(Customer Relationship Management,CRM)的理論與特質建構畢業生管理資訊系統,以因應國內大專院校彼此的競爭壓力與我國在加入世界關貿組織(WTO)後面對著世界各國在台灣設立教育機構之挑戰。本研究運用理論背景、現況探討與了解目前大專院校對畢業生的相關業務、目標,確定出在顧客關係管理基礎下的畢業生相關業務應有的功能與目標,透過系統分析與系統設計發展適合大專院校應用的畢業生管理資訊系統(Graduate Students Management Information System)。 首先,綜合對顧客關係管理之研究與畢業生相關業務的了解作為系統分析的依據,就結構化與立即有效發展成畢業生管理資訊系統的部份規劃出畢業生管理資訊系統。透過系統設計使之具有收集、維護、應用、資料萃取、輸出、資料再應用之功能。期使管理者與學校使用人員能藉由系統在執行業務時事先萃取、篩選與分析資料,並提供學校與畢業生校友之間良好的溝通管道以及彼此訊息的充份掌握。 在研究過程中發現本系統可以明確萃取出學校能夠再度運用的畢業生資源,加上輔以資訊設備與技術,建立彼此良性互動,持續加強、深化、累積關係。因此,未來可以不斷擴展交易內容,增加教育產品,使學生來源更加穩固外,不同學制的設立到不同的課程開設都能夠擴大發展,亦提供學校辦學經營的另一思考方向。
    With the threaten of WTO and the overwhelming idea of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the graduate students are being considered a very important resource of Taiwan’s academic organizations. Therefore the main purpose of this study is to adopt the theory and the characteristics of CRM to construct an efficient graduate students management information system. We first collect the related researches of CRM as well as the graduates related operations in some colleges to form the fundamental of our system analysis. By examining the idea of CRM and the assessment of graduate students affair, we derive a workable graduate students management information system that is constituted with some subsystems such as data collection and maintenance, data mining, data utilization, data recursive and so on. Secondly, the spirit of this system is fulfilled through the system design. The main function of this system is to abstract the desired valuable graduate students’ resources by setting up some key index and filter within the database. The college administrators and other users could use the retrieved information to analyze prior to reach an effective decision. Moreover, this system offers a good communication channel between colleges and graduates. This system could not only provide the proper information of graduates' resources to help the academic administration; but also reinforce, deepen and accumulate the mutual relationship constantly. This system will expand the contents of interaction and enhance the quality of educational operations. From the established of mutual interaction, this system could keep the growth of student quantity firmly. Moreover, this system could expand aspects to the future from the different educational systems to the variety of curriculum programs.
