本論文研製之目的，在於針對營造業的需求，基於政府採購法的規範，善用知識管理的觀念與技術，將企業之知識資源做最妥善的應用與管理，並輔以決策理論與分析，以期建立一個輔助工程投標作業的流程，幫助營造業在工程投標作業時給予適當的參考與決策，繼而提高營造業本身之市場應變能力與競爭優勢。 The purpose of the study is to build a system to support bidding process of construction engineering industry. This system focus on the bidding needs of construction industry. Under the heel of governmental purchasing orders, effective utilization of knowledge management concepts and technologies, we try to build a system to support for bidding process in construction industry. This system is based on decision theory and analysis tools for the purpose of effectively putting entire enterprise knowledge resources in use. The system can provide appropriate reference and decision assistance for construction industry in the job of bidding decision making. Furthermore, it could enhance the capability of a construction company to cope with any market emergencies and continuously keep competitive advantages.
