摘要: | 處在資訊科技的時代中,利用資訊科技以提昇競爭優勢已成為趨勢,企業必須懂得擅用資訊科技、建立資訊化的的經營模式以增進速度與效率,因此,資訊系統在這樣的環境背景下,也逐漸地受到企業界的重視。在資訊科技快速成熟的發展之下,資訊系統在功能將提供應用技術、經驗、群體問題的解決、變革管理與自動化工具的使用。Earl(1994)提到資訊系統的管理者和分析家,應該知道更多關於公司的流程,經由他們多年的分析、建立與執行系統,需要技術的整合和其他像流程、結構、策略與人員等組織要件。 在實務上,系統導入的過程中,影響系統導入成效的因素不僅止於組織因素,更重要的還有系統導入過程中關於變革抗拒管理問題。本研究的目的欲探討在導入資訊系統過程中,組織因素對系統導入成效影響為何。 研究以問卷的方式來收集資料,經資料分析獲得以下結論: 一、組織成員的參與對於資訊系統成效正向的影響有顯著影響。二、系統技術性因素對於資訊系統成效正向的影響具有顯著關係。三、組織變革調適對於資訊系統成效正向的影響具顯著關係。 In the era of information technology, it is the trend to use the information technology to escalate the prevailing competition power; an enterprise must understand how to use information technology to establish the informational operation model to increase its speed and efficiency. Therefore, under the background of such circumstances, the information system is also valued by the business world. Under the speedy matured development of information system, the function of information system is to provide technologies, experiences, the solutions for group problems, the usage of innovative administration and automatic tools. Earl (1994) mentioned that the administrator of information system and the analysts should know more about the company’s flow chart, and through their years of analysis to establish and perform the system, and this requires the integrity of technologies and others like flow chart, construction, strategy, staff, organizational factors and etc. In practice, during the procedure of introducing systems, the factor that will affect the result efficiency not only the organization factor, but also the more important factors include the resisting innovative administration problems during the procedures of introducing systems. The purpose of this research intends to explore the processing during the introduction of information systems, and the result effect of organization factor to the introduction of systems. This study will collect data through questionnaires, and to obtain the following conclusion through the analysis of data: 1. It is evident that the participation of organization members has positive impact to the result effect of information systems.2. There is apparent relationship of the system technical factors to the positive influence of information system effect.3. There is remarkable relationship between the adjustment of organization innovation and the result effect of positive influence of the information system. |
