    摘要:   企業公民的觀念及企業社會責任的概念,已漸形成,企業參與及舉辦公益活動的風氣日漸普遍。有鑑於此,本研究針對我國有線電視系統台從事公益行為的現況及相關影響因素,進行探討。   本研究主要運用深度訪談的方式,訪談雲林、嘉義地區之佳聯、北港、大揚、世新等四家有線電視系統業者。與系統台負責人、高階主管及相關部門進行訪談,透過訪談的方式,探討出新的觀點與概念;並輔以文獻檢閱、平面資料的收集,整理過去企業贊助公益活動的相關論文,分析受訪者的相關資料及公益活動的運作情形。    本研究深入剖析有線電視系統台在從事公益行為的現況與相關影響因素,得到研究結論如下:1.動機在於善盡社會責任、回饋地方、落實社區意識以改善社區環境。2.在評估從事公益的準則上,注重其行為的價值與內涵,以及是否與社區 關注的公共議題有關。3.從事公益的方式以企業產品贈與為主。4.從事公益的規模上,在金錢方面並沒有固定的支出;在活動的參與及舉 辦方面,與企業獲利及高階主管支援度高低、企業人數及客戶數多寡, 成正向反應。 5.從事公益活動的類型,以社區營造、社區福利及學術教育方面居多。6.從事公益對企業本身最大的影響是,有利於企業形象的建立及凝聚員工 向心力;對於受益對象而言,則可改善其生活品質、提升社區意識,並 且增加曝光率及知名度。7.對於非營利組織的贊助,主要還是以人力、物力為主。且經由良好的合 作模式,建立起長期的合作關係。8.公益頻道的運作現況,分為兩種經營型態。積極參與型,其除了接受社區提供的節目及轉播當地的活動外,也都自製地區性的新聞節目及各種公益、社教、藝文性節目;提供服務型,配合地區活動或節慶,支援拍攝或由相關地方政府組織、社區居民或團體提供節目帶於頻道上播出。 
      It has become more and more general that enterprises participate in the philanthropy activities since the concepts of corporate citizens and social responsibility of enterprises were developed. Therefore, this study is to examine the current circumstances of corporate philanthropy, and to probe what influence corporate philanthropy in cable TV business in Taiwan.    Four cable TV enterprises, including Chialien, Peikang, Tayang and Shhsin, were examined by in-depth interview in counties of Yunlin and Chiayi in Taiwan. A new concept was emerged from the interviews with president, executives and related departments. In addition, information collected from interviewees and the operation of the philanthropy activities in the past through literature review were analyzed. The results were as follows,1. Corporate philanthropy was to take social responsibility, pay back to local area and fulfill community consciousness to improve community circumstances.2. Criteria used to assess corporate philanthropy were to emphasis on the value of the behavior and the public issues related to community.3. A donation of corporate products was the major way of corporate philanthropy.4. As for the scope of corporate philanthropy, the expenses were not fixed. To participate in and hold the philanthropy activities were positively related to the corporate profits, the support from executives, and the number of employees and customers of an enterprise.5. The major parts of the philanthropy activities were community building, community welfare and learning education.6. The major influence of corporate philanthropy on enterprises was beneficial to establish the image of an enterprise and contribute to group cohesiveness. As regards the influence on people who derived benefit, their life quality would be improved, their community consciousness would be increased, and they would become more and more famous. 7. Human and material resources were the major support of nonprofit organizations. Besides, a long-term partnership could be established by the good way of collaboration.8. The channel operation in corporate philanthropy could be distinguished into two management types. One is to participate energetically in community activities, whatever TV programs were produced by community or cable TV. Another is to provide service for community activities, which included recording support or broadcasting the programs made by local government and community residents.
