國內通俗宗教寺廟附設育幼院從事具體社會慈善公益事業並不多見,嘉義南隱宮附設修緣育幼院,此一具通俗宗教背景之非營利事業,就組織管理運作、組織經營、服務成效上與一般非營利事業組織比較,在經營上具有特殊性。此外南隱宮經營育幼院在通俗宗教寺廟形像與信眾認同上,具有某種程度的依賴關係。面對不景氣時,同領域非營利慈善組織在認養家庭困境之青少年與兒童扶助上,會發生資源不足窘境。能否經由轉介接手,讓社會資源平衡充分運用,此應為本土通俗宗教寺廟可採行之社會服務方式。 南隱宮以濟公「憐恤孤苦無依兒童」之名對社會大眾募款創設修緣育幼院,兩者經營是屬何種關係,育幼院在經營上,是否因具有傳統宗教背景而較具效能,經研究發現,南隱宮創設育幼院對其形像頗有助益外,與育幼院僅具創設名義並無實質經營管理連結關係,育幼院具有傳統宗教背景有其固定捐獻者捐助,資源獲得上較一般非營利慈善福利事業組織為優,然社會趨向晚婚、生育率低,致人口結構發生變化,棄嬰孤兒並不多見,影響所及,該院收容業務始終無法達成設計收容量;面對此種變化,使該院在經營上以接受政府短期轉介安置個案為主軸,在經營規劃上,已非止於收養,而需面對不同案主背景給於不同輔導撫慰及信心重建與家庭連結,經營型態已有類似寄養家庭性質,所需專業人力亦與一般福利慈善非營利事業組織不同,更超出該院現有董事經營能力範圍,如何協助該院進行轉型,可說為非營利事業組織研究領域,需加於關切,更需社會相關領域學者專家參與協助,使社會資源能發揮實質效能,確實造福社會弱勢家庭,發揮穩定社會功效。 Only a few of traditional have subsidiary orphan home to deal with philanthropic affairs﹒ My study is the case of NAN-YIN temple with its subsidiary Orphan home, "sioul-yuan" in Chi Yi country﹒We testify to see if it is a perfect Non-profit Organization when Nan-Yin temple conducting a orphan home can it improve temples publicity? In the time of bad economic situation﹐can it uses some managerial skills to achieve it goals. The organization structure and managerial skills, as well as the relationships between the temple and orphan home, ore the main focus this study. After researched, We found the orphan home with traditional temple background really have more social resource. The orphans are less and less in my country so orphan home can not take more government resource. How to help orphan home to transform becomes a new research area.
