本研究目的在於瞭解雲林縣現職教育人員,對目前國小教師甄選有關主辦單位、甄選程序及甄選方式的意見及差異情形,並根據研究結果,提出改進建議,供雲林縣政府舉辦教師甄試之參考。 本研究以問卷調查法進行,以根據文獻分析成果設計「雲林縣國民小學教師甄選意見調查表」為工具,研究對象為雲林縣國民小學之校長、主任或組長、教師、代理教師或實習教師,分層隨機抽取540人,收回實際有效的研究問卷為313份,回收率為57.96%,分別以次數分配、百分比、卡方分析等統計方法進行資料分析。 根據文獻探討與問卷分析所得結果,提出下列的結論: 一、師資培育供需失衡。 二、舉辦教師甄選首重公平、公正、公開。 三、教師甄選主辦單位以縣市教育局統一辦理支持度最高。 四、雲林縣現職教育人員對雲林縣國小教師甄選滿意度超過一半。 五、教師甄選程序大致受到肯定,唯應增列備取人員。 六、教師甄選方式大致受到肯定,唯少部分需再改進。 七、雲林縣現職教育人員因變項的不同,在主辦單位、甄選程序、甄選方式有意見上的差異。 根據上述研究所得結論,分別對教育行政機關、主辦單位、考生及未來研究者提出建議。 The purpose of the study was to investigate teachers, opinions on teacher selection of Yunlin elementary schools . Therefore , it could provide suggestions as a reference for the selecting authority in Yunlin County. The study applied guestionnaire methods . The instrument was“Questionnaires to teacher selection of Yunlin elementary schools” . The 313 research objects out of 540(the response rate of 57.96%) were selected from elementary schools by means of a stratified random sampling method. Data analysis was carried out by using statistic methods such as frequency distribution , percentage , and chi-square test . Based on document investigation and analysis of questionnaires , the conclusions are as follows . 1.The balance between teacher demand and supply wasn,t kept . 2.The most important condition of teacher selection is objective,fair,and open . 3.The Bureau of Education is the most acceptable authority to take charge of united teacher selection. 4.More than half of the people who are currently teaching in Yunlin County are satisfied with the teacher selection . 5.Most of the teacher selection procedures were considered praiseworthy , but some applicants should be kept on the stand-by list . 6.The teacher selection methods were generally considered useful , but only a few of them need to be improved . 7.There were different opinions between the people mentioned above in the teacher selection authority , procedure,and methods . According to the conclusions of the study,suggestions are made to the education authority , the selecting authority , applicants , and future research workers .
