本研究主要之目的在瞭解台南市公立國民小學教師其休閒滿意度與生活品質之現況,並進一步探討各變項之間是否有顯著的差異、相關和預測情形,俾能提供相關休閒業者、主管教育行政單位、學校及教師參考。 本研究針對台南市九十二學年度公立國民小學教師進行調查研究,以台南市九十二學年度44所公立國民小學教師為母群體,共發出問卷506份,回收有效問卷451份,有效回收率89.13%。回收問卷資料以項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。 根據研究結果,歸納以下幾點結論: (一)台南市國民小學教師具有良好的休閒滿意度與中等程度的生活品質。 (二)台南市國民小學教師在部分的背景變項中,與其休閒滿意度和生活品質有顯著差異。 (三)台南市國民小學教師的休閒滿意度與生活品質有顯著的正相關。 (四)台南市國民小學教師在部分的背景變項和休閒滿意度層面對整體活品質有顯著影響力。 The motive of this study was to realize the situation of the leisure satisfaction and the quality of life of the teachers in Tainan City Public Elementary Schools. Meanwhile, we intended to understand variables if they were obviously related in and support the leisure industrials, the related administrator, the schools and the teachers. The study aimed at the teachers in Tainan City Public Elementary Schools in 2003 academic year. The population based on the teachers in 44 Tainan City Public Elementary Schools. There were 506 copies sent out and 451(89.13%)returned. The returned questionnaires were calculated by the following statistical methods: item analysis, factor analysis, estimation of reliability, descriptives, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, the Pearson product-moment correlation and the multiple regression. The findings have led to the conclusions :(1)The teachers in Tainan City Elementary Schools possesed superior leisure satisfaction and middle quality of life.(2)There are obvious differences between leisure satisfaction and quality of life in the variances of the part of the different backgrounds of the teachers in Tainan City Elementary Schools. (3)There are obvious positive correlation between the leisure satisfaction and the quality of life of the teachers in Tainan City Elementary Schools.(4)Multiple regression showed that the quality of life of the teachers in Tainan City Elementary Schools could be predicted by some variables of the teachers and the leisure satisfaction.
