正體中文Windows環境中因為 一、作業系統的差異 二、輸入方面 三、不同造字集的使用 四、造字設定的修改 這幾類因素導致終端使用者在設定與使用造字時的困難。本研究對造字相關解決方案做探討，找出解決方案所採用的共通模式。透過兩個實際個案的問題調查，找出上述四大類問題的因素，據此發現也提出解決方案共通模式的缺失，經過問題與解決之道的分析，提出一套輔助程式工具的雛型系統來對此缺失做改進。並解決上述造字設定與使用的問題，讓終端使用者能輕鬆利用此輔助工具，無需面對上述問題。也提供有心從事開發造字解決方案的軟體廠商在進行這方面軟體功能設計時的思考方向。 The following kinds of factors let end users difficult to set and use EUDC in Traditional Chinese Windows: 1. The different versions of Windows operation systems. 2. The input of EUDC. 3. The usage of different EUDC sets. 4. The modification of EDUC setting. This study explores several solutions about EUDC, discovers the general mode that solutions adopted. It introduces the factors of four categories of problems by two case studies and identifies the defects of general mode of solutions according these factors. After analyzing problems and the ways to resolve them, it suggest a prototype system of auxiliary programs to improve these defects, also to resolve problems about setting and using EUDC, let end users to use these auxiliary tools without facing problems above. This study also provides some ideas and suggestions to think about the functions design of software when software vendors like to develop EUDC solutions.
