    Abstract:   國軍基於國防自主及在新生代武器系統的獲得與後續維持上,聯勤工基處勢將擔負起更重要的任務,且需扮演更積極的角色,經由強化檢修能力,提昇檢測技能,精進檢測技術與管理能力,期能展現對提升軍品品質與滿足三軍需求的決心,尤其在人力精簡的政策下,以行動對聯合後勤的成功提出更具體的保證。   品質觀念自有歷史以來就追隨著人類的需求與科技發展演進,工業革命以前,「巧奪天工」是當時對工藝水準期許的品質目標,多以主觀的喜好作為品質的判定,企業對品質的思維模式隨著人類的需求逐步調整,而且調整的腳步也越來越快,六標準差(6-Sigma)是近來深受企業界重視的管理工具,並廣泛應用在不同的產業,且已明顯獲致具體的管理績效。基此,本研究將引進此一企業界成功的經驗與典範,並從實務面上來進行6 Sigma 品質管理思維的實踐。   本研究將6 Sigma 管理思維D、M、A、I、C 的解析程序導入工基處60KW 發電機電系總成檢測時間縮減專案,建立資料蒐整分析機制,以作業流程為核心,重視管理與改善,再依據實證分析結果,檢視對檢測作業週期時間、檢測作業彈性及正確率的影響。研究結果顯示可有效縮短60KW 發電機電系總成之檢測作業時間,同時可提昇整體的檢測效率,透過專案實例的展現,對工基處爾後各項檢修能力的改善提供具體建議及參考。
      Due to the independence of defense, Engineer Base Departmentin united logistics needs to play a more important role in the acquisition and the maintenance for the new-generation weaponsystem. Furthermore, developing the maintenance techniques and improving the management methods will be the way to enhance thequality and satisfy the requirement for military equipments. Focusing on the downsize strategy of defense organization, we needto provide specific assurance for the logistic implementation bymeans of substantial actions especially.  Quality is known as a key factor to most enterprises for enhance their competitive advantage. Many strategies and techniques had proposed and developed to enhance and improve quality until now. The concept of “six-sigma” recently becomes the important tool toward quality management among enterprises. It could be applied to a broad range of industrial fields and has a very significant influence on management effects. In this study, a successful experience adopting this concept has been demonstrated by an illustrative example.  In this case of study, DMAIC thinking of “six sigma” has been applied to shorten the overall inspection time for the electric system of 60KW generator by establishing the mechanism of data collecting and analysis system. This study emphasizes on the management and improvement throughout the operating procedure. Based on the result of the analysis, the investigation on the effects of the inspection operating period, flexibility and accuracy has been made. The result shows that the application of DMAIC thinking not only could shorten the inspection time for the electric system of 60KW generator, but also increase the inspection efficiency.
