Abstract:	歐盟的「新中國政策」為「新亞洲政策」之一環，其主要以「歐中長期關係政策」暨「歐中全面夥伴關係」為基礎，在經貿上推動雙邊貿易關係，鼓勵歐盟國家至中國投資。隨著中國與歐盟等WTO會員國的入關談判，中國逐步同意放寬投資貿易的限制，使得歐中貿易持續成長，在投資方面亦因中國投資項目與範圍的漸漸解放，使歐盟國家對中國投資日益擴增，大致而言歐對中貿易額與投資額大致成穩定成長。　　The EU's “Towards a New China Strategy”, one part of “Towards a New Asia Strategy”, is mainly based on “A Long-term Policy for EU-China Relation”, as well as, “Building a Comprehensive Partnership with China” to promote bilateral trade relation and to encourage the countries of EU to invest in China. Following with the import negotiation of China and EU’s member countries, China gradually agreed to relax the limitation of trade and investment that made EU-China’s trade growing continuingly. Moreover, China is expanding the term and range of investment that made the countries of EU invest in China been increasing. In general speaking, the trade and investment capital of Europe to China is presenting grow up steady.
