    Abstract:   隨著網際網路的盛行與應用,企業利用電子商務來傳遞資訊、加速交易的流程並完成商業的銷售與服務。企業資源規劃是將企業所有部門的數位系統與功能整合到一個應用的軟體之中;而這個應用軟體系統可以針對每個部門不同的需求提供服務。因此企業資源規劃的系統集成可以有效的支援電子商務,並整合企業內外部的延伸應用。數位出版是電子商務的應用的一環,其與電子商務企業對於企業資源規劃系統的應用有不謀而和的應用特點,因此企業資源規劃在數位出版的應用就成為本研究之目的。   數位出版的產品內涵就是產品己是數位化,具有易於儲存、轉換、傳輸的特點,而企業資源規劃的系統導入應用就是將企業的資源數位化、系統化,這與數位出版的應用本質是相輔相成的。   企業資源規劃在數位出版最好的應用模式是以實例的導入來引導組織做最佳的實務流程設計與應用。使得ERP、CRM與SCM系統的整合模式可為數位出版做一個最佳探索式營運模式的研究。
      With the bloom and the application of the internet, private sector takes advantage of E-commerce to convey information, to quicken the process of deal, and complete the business’ sells and services. The ERP system can allocate all digital systems and functions into one system software to service the every part of the different need in the enterprise. In that reason, the ERP system implementation can support E-commerce effectively and extend the applications inside out. Digital Publishing is one kind of applications of the E-commence. There are lots of common applications between Digital Publishing and E-enterprise in ERP system. Therefore, the study of the application of the ERP system on Digital Publishing becomes the aim of this research.   The content of Digital Publishing is already a digitalized product which tends to be stored, transformed, and transmitted. The implementation of ERP system application is rendered all sources into digitalization and systematization. The essence of application is the same to the Digital Publishing as well.   The finest model of application of the ERP system on Digital Publishing is implemented by the best practice which can guide the organization to practice the best workflows and applications. As a result, the model of the integration of the ERP, the CRM, and the SCM system would be the best exploratory study of the operation model for Digital Publishing.
