死亡是生命中最自然的軌跡,多數人卻視為禁忌,不願談論與採逃避的態度,但臨床護理人員面對病患死亡卻是最真實及必然的歷程。因此,本研究針對中部某醫學中心之一般病房、腫瘤科病房、產房、重症加護病房、急診室等非安寧病房之護理人員,以立意取樣透過深度訪談方式收集資料,並藉由詮釋學理念,探討她們在面對病患死亡及執行遺體護理時的主觀經驗與歷程,進而瞭解及澄清護理人員面對病患死亡及執行遺體護理之心理歷程。 本研究結果分別從:一、倫理議題,包括臨終急救與病情告知的問題;二、鬼魂、靈異事件、死亡禁忌的影響;三、死亡情境的面對與防衛;四、不同病房性質下的死亡面對,這些影響護理人員面對病患死亡及遺體護理等面向加以剖析,以了解護理人員在面對時的心理歷程。希望藉由本研究的探討,引起護理人員省思,去關注及照顧自己內心想法與情緒,唯有了解自己感受,如實面對,才能協助自己真正面對死亡情境,能讓自己安然面對死亡,才能協助病患及家屬面對必然的死亡。最後根據本研究提出反思與建議,以供實務及後續相關研究參考。 Death is a natural progression from life , The issue of death is considered as a taboo to most people. However, The fact is that it is a real and essential process for nurses of facing their patient’s death . The purpose of this study was to explore the psychological process of nurses toward patient’s death and corpse care , The participants of this study were recruited from the nurses who had worked in General Ward, Oncology Ward, Delivery Room, Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Room in the hospital in middle Taiwan. The study was conducted by hermeneutic approach of qualitative research method. By using in-depth unstructured interviews for data collection. The result of analysis is presented through a variety of aspects as follows: 1.Ethical dilemma: decision regarding resuscitation and autonomy. 2.The effect of ghost、mysterious、 and death of taboo. 3.Facing patient’s death and adjusting process. 4.Facing patient’s death of difference ward . The study that was attempting to understand the feeling of nurses associated with the death of patient and corpse care,Those nurses must recognize their own needs of knowing how they feel inside and the dealings with their own feelings,So that it would be easy for them to facing patient’s death and corpse care .Finally, based on the findings of the study, several suggestions for further training and research were provided.
