    摘要:   在高度競爭的社會中,企業會面對來自組織內外的威脅,企業唯有提升本身的競爭優勢才能夠生存下去,而這個競爭優勢的來源之一就是不斷提升組織員工的知識,達成此種目的的方式有很多種,例如實施教育訓練、知識管理等等。知識管理是近年來一門新興的學科,主要目的是希望能夠有系統的管理組織內部知識與智慧,透過科技的整合,幫助組織成員提升自身能力,進而在工作中採取正確的行動,而這個過程可以提升組織經營的績效和達成組織目標。近年來組織知識管理逐漸朝向與網路化學習相互整合的趨勢,兩者之間是相互依存的關係,網路化學習是達成組織知識管理的一種方式,透過網路化學習模式,對於組織知識做一個有效的管理與運用,促使組織成為學習型組織,進而提升組織競爭優勢。   相對於企業,非營利組織不以營利為目的,但是近年來非營利組織如雨後春筍的成立,和企業一樣會面對組織內外部所帶來的競爭壓力,如果僅對於職工與志工實施傳統教育訓練,在人力與時間成本將會提升很多,而非營利組織本身的資源本來比較缺乏,如果浪費一些不必要的人力與時間,對於非營利組織來說是一種莫大的損失,如果非營利組織能夠將網路化學習與知識管理相結合,不但可以節省訓練成本,更可以提升成員的知識資本,進而提升組織的競爭能力。如果此模式發展趨於成熟,不但現有的成員可以利用此知識管理平台進行知識分享與創造,也是新進人員取經的地方,這對於非營利組織來說無疑是一大利多。   過去文獻鮮少有將網路化學習與知識管理做一個整合性的討論,本研究將嘗試在文獻的部份將兩者整合,探討兩者之間的關係。另外實施網路化學習於組織知識管理之前必須對於學習者特性與組織內外環境做相當程度的檢視與評估,本研究將針對非營利組織成員對於電腦網路來學習的態度、學習風格、功能期望與對於組織導入網路化學習於組織知識管理的態度做檢視與評估,以提供未來非營利組織如果要導入網路化學習於組織知識管理的同時能夠有參考的依據。
      In the highly competitive society, the enterprise will face the threat from inside and outside of the organization. The only way the enterprise can survive is to improve its competitive advantage and one of the sources of competitive advantage is to improve the knowledge of the employees from time to time. There are many ways to achieve this goal, for example, to implement training courses, to apply knowledge management..etc.Knowledge Management is an oncoming subject in recent years. The main purpose of it is to manage the knowledge and intelligence systematically within the organization, integrate technologies in order to improve the ability of the employees and be able to make correct action during the work. This progress can increase the performance and reach the target of the organization. Recently, the trend of Knowledge Management is to integrate with Web-Based Learning gradually. As the relations between them are interdependent, Web-Based Learning can be one of the ways that organization can implement Knowledge Management. Through the Web-Based Learning, the organization can be advancd as a learning type organization by an effective managing and implementing of the knowledge of the organization. It results will increase the competitive advantages of the enterprise.   Comparing to the enterprise, the aim of the nonprofit organization is not to earn profit but to face the threat very rapidly from inside and outside of the organization like enterprise. The cost on time and labor will increase enormously if we only implement the traditional training on employees and volunteer. As the resource of nonprofit organization is rather scarce, it will be a great loss if we waste the resource on unnecessary labor and time. Thus, it can save training cost, improve the knowledge of the employees, and increase the competitive advantage of the organization if the nonprofit organization can integrate the Web-Based Learning and Knowledge Management.If this pattern is becoming more mature and popular, not only the current employees can use it as a knowledge management platform to share the information and innovation but also the great resource for the new comers. It creates the most benefits and values for the nonprofit organization.   This research will process the survey and evaluation with regard to the employees within the organization on the attitude towards the Web-Based Learning, studying style, expectation of the function, and the attitude of the organization implementing knowledge management through Web-Based Learning in order to provide the information as a reference for the nonprofit organization.
