    Abstract:   受到全球經濟不景氣的影響,許多非營利組織面臨到財務的危機,若想要能使組織繼續運作,就必須想辦法開拓資源。因此,非營利組織紛紛轉而尋求企業的贊助。   本研究旨在分析本國銀行和外商銀行對於贊助同性質的非營利組織的公益活動,其在動機、態度、理念上有何異同。採深度訪談及比較分析的研究方法,選定荷蘭銀行及中國信託商業銀行,分別作為外商及本土銀行的代表,加以分析研究。   針對本研究所提出的研究問題及目的與受訪企業及非營利組織進行深入訪談所得的結果,發現到:一、本土銀行因董事會的成員固定,不易產生太大的人事變動,所以對於欲贊助的對象較能建立長期的合作關係;而外商銀行董事會的成員,受限於任期的影響,因此,對欲合作的非營利組織的挑選上,容易因主事者的喜好而有不同的決定,造成公益政策上無法延續,難以建立長期的合作關係。二、本土銀行因為是家族企業,以成立基金會來明定公益的目標及方向,對欲贊助非營利組織的類型不受限制;外商銀行受限於全球的影響,贊助的類型僅以1、藝術文化2、體育3、和兒童相關的組織這三大類型去發展各個國家單獨的公益活動。三、企業參與公益活動的動機為:提升企業形象、節稅、回饋社會、凝聚員工向心力等。除了上述的動機外,本土銀行和外商銀行最大的差別為外商銀行藉由參與公益活動,可以增加在地化,提升社會大眾的接受度及認同感。    因有鑑於非營利組織尋求和企業合作已成為一不可擋的趨勢,針對本土和外資企業贊助公益活動的知覺態度加以探討,提供相關的發現與建議,期待助於非營利組織在尋求土本或外資企業贊助時研擬有效的募款策略方案。
      Because the bad global economy, government's subsidy and the donation from individual for any NPO reduces one after another. Many NPO faced with to the financial crisis.If any NPO wants to be sustainable operative, it must try to develop the skill of obtaining enough resources. .This research is for the purpose of analyzing domestic country bank and the foreign bank while they are seeking to make a profit and also have to support homogeneous archery target organization's public welfare activity. By the use of depth visiting and the comparative analysis research technique, I designated the ABN-AMRO bank and the Chinatrust bank for my research sample.   The research has the following results:一、Because the domestic bank board of directors's members are fixed, it is not easy to change the bank’s policy. Therefore, the supporting party and subject of the bank is comparatively with the long-term cooperation relations. The foreign bank has different and difficulty aspects of long-term cooperation relations. 二、Because the domestic bank is almost the type of a family firm, it establishs the foundation to participate its own public welfare program. In seeking its support, a NPO must be matched its profit organization's type. The foreign bank is restricted in its global influence, it only supports the following three big categories: 1, the artistic culture. 2, the sports.and 3, the children related public welfare activities. 三、Third, the motive that the enterprise participates in the public welfare activity is the promotion of enterprise image, the festival tax, the back coupling society, condense the staff centripetal force and so on. This motive causes the domestic bank as well as the foreign bank to promote and increase the society populace and the sympathy.
