社區博物館在社區產業文化發展的過程中，扮演著傳遞地方產業文化的使命。社區博物館能否有效提供社區服務，成為社區學習中心，並藉由地方產業性質特徵，建立一個由地方居民共識而共有之社區博物館，進而形成自我教育的學習型組織，達到振興地方產業文化，乃是本研究探討的主題與方向。 本研究方法，主要採質性研究為探討方式，針對社區博物館與社區產業文化發展之關係，蒐集相關資料進行分析與討論，至於文獻不足部分則藉由訪談與觀察，則利用歸納與分析將蒐集之資料予以檢驗，並對個案討論分析社區博物館對社區文化、產業、生活美學推廣之效益，進行評估與瞭解。 本研究主要的探討目的與期望在於：一、社區博物館能否有效提供社區服務，並成為社區學習的中心，並提升社區生活品質。二、如何強化社區博物館與社區產業文化兩者的互動關係。三、藉由地方文化產業的性質特徵，社區居民能否共同設立並參與，建置一個具社區特色的小型博物館，讓典藏、展示、教育與研究的功能發揮，帶動社區文化與產業振興。四、社區博物館必須為社區文化所產生之特有現象，加以收納與歸類並探究如何推動居民對地方文化產業資源的認同與認識。五、就政府的立場，如何規劃社區文化與社區博物館的結合與經營。 The community museum plays an important role in delivering the culture of the local industry during the development of the community industry. Aiming to be the learning center of the community, whether the community museum effectively provides the community service to build a self-learning fabric, which is coincident with the common interests of the local residents and thus prosper the culture of local industry, is the major topic of this thesis. We analyze and discuss the collected materials focusing on the relationship between the community museum and the culture of the community industry. Visits and observations are also used when needed. We also evaluate the effectiveness of the community museum in promoting the community culture, industry and aesthetics by discussing some cases. The purpose of this study is shown below: (1). Is it possible for the community museum to act as a community learning center and effectively provide the community service to improve the living quality of the community? (2). How to reinforce the interaction between the community museum and the culture of the community industry? (3). With the local community industry being concerned, is there any good means for local residents to participate in building a mini-museum for the community with the function of collection, exhibition, education and research, which can prosper both the community culture and the community industry? (4) The community museum must be unique to the local community culture and this museum bears the responsibility of promoting the commitment and understating of the residents to the local community industry. (5) How does the government facilitate the combination and administration of the community culture and community museum?
