    摘要:   本文主要從康德道德哲學的重要翻譯原典與國內外相關的教育期刊來切入探討,並在文獻蒐集、考察與綜合批判的過程中,期待獲取對現今與未來國小道德教育有益的內容。   為達此目標,本文架構採用以下研究進路,第二章首先探討康德自律概念的完整內涵,並進一步分析與澄清形成自律概念所須具備的條件,此條件的層面包括理性能力、道德價值根源、動力條件與形式條件,並基於這些背景條件來探討根源於自律概念所產生的義務約束力。   第三章主要探討康德的教育主張,特別是著重在《論教育》中所提到的教育主張。不過本文重點並不在於列出康德所有的教育主張,而只有針對建立義務約束力所須涉及的各種面向來探討,換言之,本章的重點將是探討與分析康德義務約束力與教育主張之間的聯結關係,也期待能從中建立義務約束力與教育主張的關聯性,最後再綜合歸納康德在建立義務約束力的完整教育模式。   第四章則回歸至現今國小道德教育來探討。首先分析現今國小道德教育的特色與優缺點,進一步再藉由康德建立義務約束力的教育模式來審視現今國小道德教育模式,以期了解現今國小道德教育在建立道德自律人格的努力上有何不足之處;最後為了能讓未來國小道德教育有更明確的參考方向,本文試圖從教育目的、內容與方法三方面的綜合說明,提出一套建構康德義務約束力的國小道德教育模式,以期當作未來教育改革的參考指標。   最後,希望藉由上述預期目標的達成,能重新定位康德道德教育主張在現今與未來國小道德教育所具有的特殊價值,從而避免學生逐漸陷入「道德認知的巨人,卻是道德實踐的侏儒」的困境,這才是道德教育的最終積極目的。
      From the discussion of Kant's moral philosophy and educational journals, this paper is to provide beneficial suggestions for the current and future moral education in primary school.    For this purpose, we first discuss the complete essence of Kant's Autonomie concept and furthermore analyze the necessary conditions to constitute the Autonomie concept in Chapter 2. As the conditions include such components as rational ability, roots of moral value, motive power and formal terms, we try to derive from these conditions to understand the obligation from the Autonomie concept.   Chapter 3 mainly discusses about Kant's educational contentions, especially focusing on those from 《Vorlesungen uber Padagogik》. We're not going to list all Kant's educational contentions, but only discuss from all aspects involved to establish obligation. In other words, through our study about Kant's obligation and educational contentions, we look forward to establishing the relationship between obligation and education contentions, and finally come up with a complete educational model based on Kant's obligation of Autonomie concept.   In Chapter 4, we'll discuss the current moral education in primary school. First, we'll analyze the pros and cons of the current moral education in primary school, and then reflect upon the current moral education model from Kant's obligation so as to understand the inadequacy in establishing the moral values under the current moral education system. Finally, to provide concrete reference for the future moral education and educational reform in primary school, this paper tries to propose a comprehensive instruction on building a moral education model from Kant's obligation of Autonomie concept.   From achieving the targets above, we can realize the unique values of Kant's moral education on the current and future moral education in primary school. From these values, the students can be free from being “A giant in moral understanding; A dwarf in moral practice”. This is also the ultimate goal of moral education.
