    Abstract:   濕地的保護,近幾年來受到國際間的高度重視,然而這個課題,近幾年在台灣也漸漸受到高度關切。然而濕地這只是一個概念性的名詞,對於濕地的定義跟分類,需要使用者和需要者去下定論。在台灣地區,濕地的分類方式,概分為天然濕地及人造濕地二類,而天然濕地又區分為海岸濕地(沿海與近海)與內陸濕地二種。海岸濕地包括海岸沼澤、泥質灘地及紅樹林沼澤;而內陸濕地是因內陸潮濕環境所形成的濕地生態體系。本研究的鰲鼓濕地是屬於天然濕地中的鹹淡水沼澤。   嘉義縣鰲鼓濕地所在的台糖東石農場面積超過一千公頃,民國五十三年台糖填海造陸而形成的東石農場,因為社會經濟與時空環境變遷而閒置,且面積遼闊完整、土地權屬單純、生態環境豐富,以及生態環境受水源不足的影響,而且水質不良,造成棲地多樣性的消失及紅樹林生長衰退的危機。雲嘉南地方政府推動濱海地區成立國家風景區,鰲鼓濕地也列為其中。而近幾年來觀光遊憩的盛行,對於濕地的再利用,將朝著生態旅遊及環境復育的方向前進,因此對於了解濕地水域空間,及其環境影響因子,是十分重視的,這也是本研究主要研究的方向。   本研究針對鰲鼓濕地的水域空間作分析,水域的分佈大致在東石農場的西側與南側,西側是海水滲入後形成的是屬於鹹淡水草澤,南側則是六腳大排與地表洗鹽造成的淡水濕地。由於南側濕地,水域平靜,所以植被茂密,因此是鳥類生物最佳棲息地;西南側有廢棄魚塭、部分鹹水水域、及鹽漠地等,因為地層下陷嚴重問題所造成的區域。由於這些範圍具有豐富的生物多樣性,因此研究選定東石農場南側的淡水濕地與西南側部分鹹水水域,去作分析研究區域範圍。   透過水域運作機制與景觀生態學理論,對於鰲鼓濕地的自然方面與人文特質。水域運作機制上,可以瞭解鰲鼓濕地的水域受到影響的因子,多為人為因素;由景觀生態學,可以釐清景觀要素因子之間互相牽連的關係,以及影響景觀的自然因子。進而由地理資訊系統的空間分析功能,展現出鰲鼓濕地的水域在空間區為上的變遷程度,進而對於當地水域的運作機能變遷與各環境因子的關係作分析研究。再以SWOT矩陣分析,得到了生態旅遊發展的策略方向,並結合生態旅遊的環境復育、教育的方向,達到生態旅遊永續性的目標。可以鰲鼓濕地,作為生態旅遊發展的參考方向,並且可以作為相似地區開發的範本借鏡。
      These years, not only have many countries in the world thought highly of the wetland , but also Taiwan. However, marsh is a general idea of noun. For marsh definition and classification, users need to come to an conclusion. Generally speaking, we classify marshes under two kinds in Taiwan, including natural march and artificial marsh. Natural marsh is classified into the coast marsh and the interior marsh. The coast marsh includes coast swamp, muddy swamp, and mangrove swamp. The interior marsh is ecological system owing to interior humid environment. My thesis research Aogu wetland where belongs to natural marsh, salty swamp.   Dong-Shih Farm, located at Chia – Yi County, Aogu wetland, is over 1000 hectares, which was formed by filling with mud into sea in 1964. Aogu wetland has been deserted many years due to social economical shortage and time changing. Aogu wetland comes to a crisis of building collapsing and mangrove extincting because of large area ecological environment water shortage.   The coast areas are being promoted to National Scenic Areas by Yun – Lin County, Chia – Yi County, and Tai Nan County government because Recreation has been popular these years. Especially, wetland reusing is more important than before. This kind of topic is what I want to research.   My research will aim at water land space analysis. Water land is located at Dong-Shih Farm Branch western side and southern side. Western side is formed by sea water, belonging to salty fresh water grassy marsh . Southern side is formed by Iou-Jiao canal the surface of the earth salt. Because of tranquil waters, Southern marsh is covered with thick plants and many birds are fond of take a rest here. Therefore, I decide to pick Dong-Shih Farm southern side as my topic.   The research is anaiyzed by a definition from perspective of landscape ecology. Then , the water land is anaiyzed by geographic information system. The way can show the water land changes on Aogu wetland. I can get a result to undersand Augo wetland. The result can make a direction to develop the ecotourism on Aogu wetland. Through the study , Aogu wetland can do a example of alike development.
