The purpose of this qualitative research is to understand after-effect of people who had near-death experiences. They included the effects of the viewpoints of life and daily behaviors, the changes of the concepts of life and death and religion, the influences of the ability of extra-perception and the processes of adaptation after the experiences. Near-death experiences aren't only simple physical or mental phenomenons; they are complex phenomenons of multiple factors. That's the reason why this research isn't a quantitative-research. Instead, the qualitative-research method with depth interviews was used to investigate the relating topics of the "After Effect" of near- death experiences and six local cases were chosen as research subjects. This research could be divided into six dimensions: the influences of the viewpoint of life after near-death experiences, the effects of daily behaviors after near-death experiences, the changes of the viewpoint of life and death after near-death experiences, the changes of the viewpoint of religion after near-death experiences , the influences of the extra-perception ability after near-death experiences ,the processes of adaptation after near-death experiences. In this research, eighteen positive "After Effect" were found from six subjects. They are (1) universal values (2) alternative values (3) individual values (4) personal actions (5) parent-children and family interaction (6) social and interpersonal relationships (7) the differences of the viewpoint of death (8) relating issues about death in the present world (9) the truth of death and the world of death (10) religious beliefs (11) religious enthusiasm (12) religious cognition (13) the enhancement of the extrasensory perception (14)prevision of future information (15) instincts and extra-abilities (16) the attendances of life education (17) the desires of knowledge and study group (18) time arrangements and life plans. The research show the results not only postive effects but also negative effects, Some information was also discovered about the negative effects in the analysis, including. These information are pretty worth future investigations and research about the relating issues.
