Abstract:	本研究是透過質性研究深度訪談的方式收集資料，探討後天失明者之女性配偶在面臨先生失明後，如何以自身的力量，負起沈重的生活壓力，並且在面對生命中的種種挫折時，她又是如何展現其生命力，勇敢迎向生命中的各種挑戰。故本研究欲探討的主題為：1.探討後天失明者女性配偶照顧的心路歷程。2.探討後天失明者女性配偶在照顧過程中的感受。3.探討後天失明者女性配偶面對先生失明後，所承受的壓力及因應壓力的方式。4.透過本研究開啟視障者家庭及相關福利機構人員，通往後天失明者女性配偶心路歷程的視域與進路。　　　本研究結果發現：1.希望與勇氣為後天失明者之女性配偶主要的生存動力，此二者的存在協助她們繼續完全未竟的生命旅程。2.後天失明者之女性配偶對待命運的方式，是採取比較積極主動的創命觀。3.愛、責任以及宗教信仰是構成後天失明者女性配偶留下來照顧的原因。4.家庭關係不和諧會增加照顧者的壓力，一旦面臨過多的壓力易使之出現負面的情緒困擾，並且造成個體的崩解，但適當的壓力則能促使個體邁向成長。因應壓力的方式，是採取「情緒導向」為應對策略，主要是以哭和忍耐的方法來面對壓力的侵擾。5.照顧過程中所衍生的情緒感受有：忍耐克己、掙扎、心酸不為人知、妥協、心疼、歉疚感、自卑感、羞恥感、疏離感、孤單寂寞等。6.後天失明者之女性配偶擁有的支持系統，是協助她跨越難關的力量。歷經生活的困境後，她們反而以寬廣的態度對待生命，繼而發展出一份助人的情懷。　　　根據上述結論，本研究所提出的建議希望有助於各個相關人員參考。　　In this paper, the methodology applied to data collection is based on qualitative research deep interviews. The major emphasis is placed on after husbands turn to blind how the female spouses of adventitious blindness dealing with the obstacle; in particular; how they sophisticatedly dominate the inner strengths to manage the excessive life stress. Besides, when confronting with variety of frustrated situations, how they develop the spirit with endeavor; fearlessly embracing the varied challenges in life.　Therefore, the main themes explored in this paper are:1.Illustration the episodes on how the adventitious blindness are taken care by the female spouses.2.Discussion the perception of the female spouses while caring for the adventitious blindness. 3.To justify after husbands lose the sight eyes, stress the female spouses are encountering as well as their responses to stress. 4.To demonstrate the access for the family with visual impairment members and the relevant organizations to entering the inner world of the female spouses with adventitious blindness.　The outcomes discovered on this paper are:1.Faith and courage have been the primary drive for living; coordinately to facilitate the female spouses with adventitious blindness to carry on the uncompleted life journey.2.As regarding the perception on fate, the female spouses of adventitious blindness tends to be more aggressive and eager to create a new era.3.The main reasons support the female spouses of adventitious blindness to stay on caring for the love ones are love, responsibility and religious belief. 4.Impaired family relationship accumulate the stress on caregivers, consequently, the negative emotional distraction appeared easily under the exceeding stress surroundings and leads the individual to breakdown. However, on the other hand, the individual’s path to growth is mainly contributed on reflecting properly under moderate pressure. The strategy to deal with pressure is “emotional conducting”, crying out and tolerance are major means in confronting with pressure. 5.Feelings formulated during the caring process are self-tolerated, struggling, helplessness, compromise, sympathy, guilt, inferior, humiliated, isolated and loneliness.6.The supportive systems to the female spouses of adventitious are of paramount importance to assist them to overcome the difficulties. After experiencing the life dilemma, they keen to view the life with a broaden attitude, and hence, developing the sense of helping.　　　Based on the above conclusions, hopefully the suggestion drown from this paper are helpful to relevant professionals.
