摘要: | 本研究主要目的在於瞭解原本由退輔會所屬之嘉義農場,經劍湖山世界取得接續經營更名為嘉義農場生態渡假玩國後,探究其嘉義農場生態渡假玩國重新塑造新的包裝產品及服務,再者尋找出特有之屬性及透過這些屬性,讓遊客在觀光中所得到那些利益及個人價值。透過產品及服務、屬性、利益及個人價值最終所得到的價值的意義之文獻回顧,再進行業者及資深遊客的訪談,及發放大量問卷發放給前來遊玩之遊客進行影響關係之研究。 研究結論包括:1.產品及服務上遊客感受滿意較高是水庫、露營區。2.屬性部分遊客感受最深為內部屬性中的空氣,功能屬性中的戶外生活、體驗自然等。3.大部分遊客同意到園區遊玩所獲得主要利益部分為:放鬆心情、遠離都市享受寧靜氣氛及增進家庭生活之樂趣。4. 產品及服務會影響屬性。5.屬性會影響利益6.利益會影響個人價值。7.訪談部分利用發展休閒農場之休閒價值拓展模式,在個人價值方法遊客認為快樂自在重要程度最高,其次休閒滿足。8. 訪談部分利用發展休閒農場之休閒價值拓展模式,以個人價值的重要度找出屬性重要程度以戶外活動、親子活動及生態觀賞及芬多精較高。9. 訪談部分利用發展休閒農場之休閒價值拓展模式,以屬性重要度來分析產品及服務的重要程度,以水庫、植物及登山步道為最重要。 The purpose of this research is to comprehend the Chiayi Farm, which originally belonged to Veterans Affairs Commission, Executive Yuan and renamed as it " Chiayi Farm Ecological Resort" after the business passed on to janfusun fancy world, its brand-new leisure farm product and services. Besides, we discover the specific attributes, and through these attributes tourist can find out its benefits and personal valuations. Based on the literary reviews of these products and its services, attributes, benefits and personal valuations to proceed the interviews of the business owner and tourists and handed out surveys to the visiting tourist in order to investigated its effect relationships. The conclusions of this research includes: 1. The most satisfied product and services are reservoir and picnic areas. 2. the most effective attribute parts are inner attributes' "air "and function attributes' "outdoor life "," to experience natural" and so on. 3.The most tourists agree the mainly benefits they obtained are: Relaxing, away from city to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and to promote the delight of family life. 4.Attributes are effected by products and services 5.Benefits are affected by attributes. 6. Personal valuations are effected by benefits. 7. Interviews are based on the developments of leisure farms' leisure value and it’s development mode. In personal valuations' methods: tourists felt the most important thing is the happiness and comfortable, second is leisure's satisfactions. 8.Interviews are based on the developments of leisure farms' leisure value and it’s development mode. From the important of personal valuations to find out the most significant attributes are outdoor exercises, family members' exercises, ecological observations and forest fragrance. 9. Interviews are based on the developments of leisure farms' leisure value and it’s development mode. From the importance of attributes to expound the significant parts of products and services' are reservoir, plants and mountain-climbing steps. |
