台灣從1987年開始，政治社會面臨了更開放的革新，解嚴以來對黨禁及對外投資管制、遊行禁令等紛紛取消，乃至言論開放等，使得整個台灣社會進入蛻變轉型階段；而代表著文化事業重要範疇、不同訴求的雜誌如雨後春筍般勃然成長，尤其性質專門化的女性健康雜誌等蜂擁而出--- 本研究係以女性健康專業雜誌選題企劃為議題，以<<BM>>為首等五種刊物的作為研究對象，採用「後設分析」(meta-analysis)普查方式 (censes)為研究方法，以探求女性健康雜誌在選題企劃中所涵蘊的後現代論分析。 為因應研究核心，研究者以文獻資料中(1)實用角度(2)關懷角度(3) 權威角度(4)本土角度等四方面為後現代論述的研究重點，合計五種女性專業雜誌約兩百種以上選題企劃會帶來女性相當不同的健康經驗，為求有效掌握信度(reliability)與效度(validity)在選題企劃分析採取「質的量化」來聚焦於研究問題方式等方法蒐集資料，並藉William E. Doll Jr.四R理論架構，進而檢驗研究主題的一致性；相對於「統一」反而是一種能夠容納開放性、多樣性、變化性的存在方式，以了解女性健康雜誌選題企劃過程的重要影響變化：(1)強調差異性：就是尋求各種「不同的聲音」，因此重要的<<選題企劃>>方法應該是多元的。(2)懷疑的態度，即意味著—a.企劃選題不再是能夠預測的「現實工具」。b. 企劃選題在方法既不能控制其他事物，也不能被控制。c.由於有不可預測性的因素存在。(3)建構一種新的企劃選題：後現代論者是基於各種背景文化、各種局部性和特殊性的基礎上，獲得生活經驗，企劃的方法就是能把學習的經驗累積起來，使成為有用的經驗。 Taiwan since 1987, the political society faced more liberal innovation, lift curfew forbid to the party and invest control, the parade ban...etc. outward to cancel in succession, is go to the speech open etc., make the whole Taiwanese society enter to transmute a transformation stage; And the magazine represented important category, different claim of the cultural business grow profusely and quickly a sort to grow up agitatedly, particularly the property specialize of female healthy sex magazine etc. pile out.
