本研究旨在探討南投縣國小教師之教育信念及其生命態度,並分析不同背景變項、教師教育信念及其生命態度之間的關係及內涵。研究主要目的為:一、探討南投縣國民小學教師之教育信念及生命態度。二、探討南投縣國民小學教師個人背景變項對教育信念、生命態度之影響。三、探討南投縣國民小學教師教育信念與生命態度之關係。四、根據研究結果提供教育工作者及相關單位重視教師之專業精神,並啟發教師自我覺察、體悟生命。 本研究主要採用調查研究法探討與研究主題相關資料,研究之工具乃改編自朱苑瑜與葉玉珠(2001)之「教育信念量表」及謝曼盈(2003)之「生命態度量表」為測量工具,並抽取南投縣公立國民小學共一五四所,依教師比例隨機抽取有效樣本337人,所得資料採描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析、典型相關分析等統計方法進行分析。 研究主要結果如下:一、國小教師之整體教育信念趨向於「開放取向」。二、性別、年齡、婚姻狀態、子女個數、任教年資不同的國小教師在教育信念上有顯著差異。三、國小教師整體生命態度趨向於「正向」。四、年齡、婚姻狀態、子女個數、自覺經濟安全程度、運動習慣、健康狀態、任教年資不同之國小教師在生命態度上有顯著差異。五、國小教師的教育信念與生命態度之間有顯著相關性,而且兩者之間呈現正相關。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the present status of the educational beliefs and attitude toward life of elementary school teachers in Nantou County, and to discuss the correlation between these two subjects. This study reviewed literatures about above topics and uses " Educational Beliefs Scale" and " Life Attitude Scale" as measurement tools for collecting data. The stratified random sampling is adopted in the questionnaire of this study, and the sample of this study includes 154 elementary schools in Nantou County and the effective samples are 337 elementary school teachers. The collected data is processed with the software package SPSS 10.0 for windows.Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Canonical correlation are also used. The conclusions of this study are summed as follows: 1.As a whole, teachers’ educational beliefs tend to open orientation.2.There were significant difference in the variables of teachers' gender, age, marriage experience, children piece and seniority.3.As a whole, teachers' attitude toward life tends to positive orientation.4.There were significant difference in the variables of teachers' age, marriage experience, children piece, self-conscious economic safe degree, exercise habit, healthy condition and seniority.5.There were significant positive correlations between educational beliefs and attitude toward life of elementary school teachers.
