This study purpose to explore the life world of HIV-positive Drug Addiction. It takes hermeneutic- phenomenology of research method, and the way of profound interview with 7 research participants at the AIDS Middle Home of Harmony Home Association. By analyzing their experience, HIV-positive drug Addict subjective experience was described and explained. The study found that drug is a kind of substitute for HIV-positive drug Addiction client lost goals. Since they began to break normal social relationship with others and choose a way of been controlled by drug, they fall into a kind of helpless situation due to the missing life goals. Further more, in addition to losing the feeling of body control, they are seriously discriminated and stigmatized from social culture . This discrimination and stigma are the main reasons that make HIV-positive Drug Addict have existential psychological frustration. The study also fount that HIV-positive Drug Addict have the follow experience characteristics: (1)physical aspect:worry about the changes of uncertain disease and death threat; (2)psychological aspect:facing various loss, but could not solve it, and often sinking in pessimistic, disappointed, meaningless and negative emotion; (3) social aspect: they often refusing to accept treatment due to negative viewpoint, low-level family support and all kinds of social contact isolation; (4) existence aspect:they often appear deeply frustrated feelings of uninteresting life, depressed words, self despite, loneliness, hopelessness, and can not feel the meaning of live. Because of the characteristics described above, they are not easy to sincerely contact with others, which occurs difficulty for the research in the way of constructing subjective experience of hermeneutic- phenomenology. This study breakthrough is in the Harmony Home Association offered a place for them to talk their own experience freely, which is the largest. Only due to the interviews can their subjective experience and phenomenon be established, described and explained, which is the main contribution of this study. It is suggested that future researches can more profoundly explore the functional role that welfare institutions, similar to the Harmony Home Association, play on looking after HIV-positive Drug Addict. Referring to social welfare resources and practical care, it is suggested that we shall offer more concrete and diverse aid to them.
