    摘要:   有鑑於台灣適婚男子迎娶東南亞及大陸地區女性需求持續加溫,透過婚配來台的新移民女性,顯然已成為一股熱潮;這些經由跨國婚姻的新移民女性,除了生活適應之問題外,本研究主要從年齡層多屬於勞動力人口的她們,在台灣的就業市場中會遭遇到什麼樣的困境來深入探討,故提出以下幾點研究問題:1.新移民女性之就業動機與意願為何?2.新移民女性就業是否受到個人、家庭、社會及勞動市場結構因素影響?3.公立就業服務機構是否有提供新移民女性就業及職業訓練上的獎助措施及具體實施辦法?成效為何?並希望透過研究期能達成以下目的:1.瞭解其工作意願及對工作的期待,進而提供給政府單位做為促進新移民女性就業辦法之參考。2.藉由調查中瞭解影響就業的因素,提供給相關社政單位或非營利事業組織來協助提供資源。3.將就業職場中所遭遇各項不平等待遇及權益未受周全保障之問題,提供給勞政及立法單位加強改進,使新移民女性能順利就業,並在職場中能享受更多的保障。   在文獻探討章節中先就新移民女性做定義後,再以影響婦女就業因素的人力資本、家庭條件、社會規範及勞動市場等相關理論作為本研究文獻探討。研究方法係採質性研究方法,主要透過立意取樣9名新移民女性質性訪談及對5名就業服務機構就業服務人員進行焦點團體訪談等方式蒐集資料,將訪談資料透過主題分析法歸納:1.展開生命新歷程2.難圓就業的願望3.工作的期待∼求有不奢好4.真實的感受∼希望與期盼等四大主題來詮釋雲林縣新移民女性就業困境。   從新移民女性就業困境主題分析結果,提出以下建議:1.應結合非營利事業組織共同推廣語言及識字班的普及化。2.提倡多元文化交流、促進家庭及社會融合。3.相關勞動法規的增修,促進新移民女性就業。
      In view of the increasing need that Taiwanese marriageable men marry the foreign women from the Southeast Asia and the Mainland area, there has been obviously a whiff of upsurge formed by Foreign Spouses coming to Taiwan through transnational marriage. However, those women may face plenty of difficulties. Consequently, besides the discussion on the difficulty of life adaptation, the study aims to explore what kinds of predicament are encountered by Foreign Spouses in Taiwan labor market, especially those who belong to labor population. Therefore, three research questions have been proposed as follows: 1. What are the Foreign Spouses’ motives and pleasures for employment? 2. Are the employment of Foreign Spouses influenced by the factors, such as the individual, family, society and labor market structure? 3. Whether the public employment services organization provides Foreign Spouses any aid and reward incentives system in their employment and formulates the concrete regulations for the implementation of it? What’s its effect? In addition, some purposes are expected to be achieved as following: 1. To understand the Foreign Spouses’ working pleasures and expectations, then provides them to the government for the promotion of Foreign Spouses to get employed. 2. To understand the influential factors which they’ve met in obtaining employment, and to offer social welfare administration and non-profit organization the data for references. 3. To provide the problems, such as the unequal treatment in working environment and not-well-protected rights and interests for laboring and legislative organization so that Foreign Spouses can obtain employment successfully and gain more protection in labor market.   In this research paper, the definition of Foreign Spouses is given first, and then the theories including human capital, family conditions, social norms and labor market comprises the chapter of literature review. This study employs the qualitative research method, and the the research is based on qualitative interview with nine Forign Spouses by purposive sampling and the focus group interview with five attendants in the employment services organization to collect the information. The interview materials are summed up through the thematic analysis approach: 1. Launch the new course of life. 2. Hard to achieve the aspiration of employment. 3. The anticipation of the work: any job is ok. 4. The genuine feeling: chance and expectation. The four issues are used to describe the Employment Difficulties of Foreign Spouses in Yu-Lin County.   According to the finding and analysis of this study, there are some suggestions as follows: 1. The government should cooperate with non-profit organizations to popularize language and literacy class. 2. The government should advocate the multicultural exchange and promote the integration of family and society. 3. The government should revise the labor laws and regulations in order to promote the employment of Foreign Spouses.
