Social enterprise (Non-Profit Organization) is now facing the transformation of public welfare market, and insufficient resource allocation for public welfare in recent years. It also faces unprecedented challenges in terms of management method and strategy. Many practitioners of social enterprise and scholars from related fields start to rethink new management methods. Therefore, the social enterprise gradually has innovative management style. In order to deal with new challengers, social enterprise recently introduced several concepts of "innovative management." Also, how to effectively apply these innovative management models will be discussed.
