| 摘要: | 本論文的目的在於理解道家對於動物解放問題可能有的貢獻。為了達成這個目的，我們從動物解放問題的緣起與發展開始探討。經過這樣的探討，我們發現西方有關動物解放的問題，是從人類中心觀點所引發的。透過對於人類中心觀點的反省，西方有關動物解放問題的解答，從人類中心觀點轉向生命中心觀點。雖然生命中心觀點已經可以平等對待動物的存在，但是仍然無法完全解決動物解放的問題。於是在對生命中心觀點的反省下，西方出現環境整體主義的觀點，認為只有透過整體的思考，我們才能徹底解決動物解放的問題。 不過，經過反省，我們發現環境整體主義的觀點，雖然較生命中心觀點的看法要來得周密完整，但是仍然有其不足之處。其中，最大的問題在於環境整體主義的觀點太過強調整體的重要性，忽視了個體的生存權。為了讓整體與個體之間能夠維持均衡性，我們引進道家的觀點，設法化解環境整體主義觀點的問題。就道家的觀點而言，有關動物解放的問題，除了要強調人與動物的平等觀念以外，還要強調人與動物的一體性。此外，我們還要強調人與動物的自然協和。唯有在平等觀、一體觀與自然觀的引導下，我們才有可能化解西方有關動物解放問題所產生的問題，而不會陷入西方有關動物解放觀點的困境。
The purpose of this thesis lies in understanding the Taoist schools possible contribution to the question of animal liberations. In order to reach this purpose, we discuss the question of animal liberations from genesis and development. Through such a discussion, we find that Western to the question of animal liberations, cause from the human centre view. Pass the introspection of the view of human centre, Western to the answer of the question about the animal liberates, turn from the human centre view to the view of life centre. Though can already treat the existence of the animal equally in view of life centre, but still unable to totally solve the problem that the animal liberates. Then to the introspection of the view of life centre, the view of environmental wholism appears in the west, think only through the thinking of the whole, we could solve the problem that the animal liberations completely. However, are introspected, we find the view of environmental wholism, though seems more careful and intact than the view of life centre, but still there are its weak points. Among them, the biggest problem lies in the view of environmental wholism too emphasizes the importance of the whole, have ignored the individual's rights to subsistence. For let whole and individual can maintain the harmony, we introduce the view of the Taoist school, try to dissolve the question of the environmental wholism view. As regards view of the Taoist school, the question liberated about the animal, besides emphasizing the equal ideas of people and animal, but also emphasize an organic whole of people and animal. In addition, we will emphasize the natural consonances of people and animal. Only under equal view, integrative view and guide of the natural temple, we may just dissolve the problems that cause from Western to the question of animal liberations, will not fall into the predicaments regarding Western to the view of the question about the animal liberations. |
