Abstract:	本研究以改進目前休閒農場之設施，並符合生態旅遊之需要，使遊客有更深的生態旅遊的體驗為主要目的。並以新瀛休閒農場為個案探討，分析其在經營生態旅遊中所面臨之問題，以規劃新的設施來改進其經營生態旅遊與民宿，並以IPA分析遊客的重視度，配合AHP分析專家的意見，用以建議其發展策略如下：　一、以IPA法得知遊客的重視度是以1環境2古蹟3新木屋為其主要的重視度，三者都落在象限A，表示農場目前的整理古蹟維護與新木屋的籌建都是值得繼續保持。二由AHP法得知專家認為農場的核心資源是景觀資源構面為最大權重而次權重是以自然生態景觀為最大權重其次是景觀綠化工程第三是環境的維護。三、由遊客動機的問卷得知遊客的最大旅遊動機是感受寧靜其次是舒解壓力第三是觀看特殊景觀。四、由專家合適度問卷調查，統計分析得知對新瀛農場的滿意度排序，第一是自然生態，第二是自然景觀，第三是步道設施。以及用SWOT分析新瀛農場與競爭者之間的優劣勢。　　　根據上述四項建議加以整合，提出其規劃設計與發展策略，結論如下：　(1)遊客重視環境與古蹟，故建議業主盡量保持自然生態與三合院維護古蹟的特色為主要整修方向。(2)生態景觀是農場的核心資源所以建設宜以生態工法為其施工為原則。(3)遊客主要動機是追求寧靜與紓壓故建議業者以自然生態保育永續經營為主軸。(4)新瀛農場以有機農場為基礎，將逐漸發展成全面的生態農場，若成功將會是台灣今後在發展生態休閒農場的重要指標。　　　並期後續研究可針對新瀛農場作長期性的觀察與追蹤，評估其發展生態教育之經濟效益與後續經營問題。　　The main purpose of this reserch was to find a good planning and designing for a leisure farm on Ecotourism.We got serveral conclusions in the tourist’s questionnaire and professional’s questionnaire.　1.In IPA method we got a main conclusion.(a) Inviroment (b) Historical site (c)Standard wood house are important for tourist’s conception.2.The core resources of B&B in the leisure farm are landscape resources and the second is Ecological Engineering the third is the maintenance of enviroment.3.We got a conclusion from tourist’s questionnaire. The most important motivate for Ecotourism is to get quiet enviroment and then is to release pressure. The third is to visit the special sightseeing.　　　We got a conclusion from professional’s questionnaire.The satisfaction of Shin-Yin farm .The first is natural Ecology .The second is Natural Landscape. The third is walking trail facility. In SWOT analysis method We got the results between Shin-Yin farm and it’s compitition.We suggested the planning and development strategy according to the conclusions.　(1) To make a suggestion to the owner to keep Natural Ecology(2) The principle of working is built by Ecological Engineering.(3) The main method of forever management is to maintain Natural Ecology conservation.(4) Shin-Yin farm is basiced in organic farm.The development strategy of the leisure farm is to become an ecological farm. It will be an important indication for an ecological leisure farm.
