    摘要:   本論文研製之目的,旨在探討嘉義市國民小學教師兼任資訊職務之工作滿意度的認知與期望。國民小學之行政工作幾乎都是由學校的教師編制,雖然嘉義市之資訊人員有加給和組長的減課規定,但對於日新月異的資訊環境,還有繁瑣的工作和業務,有可能影響到教學品質與行政的運作。所以,必須先瞭解兼任教師的背景、能力、意願、行政經歷和工作性質等。並分析探討因個人因素之不同而可能產生不同反應,歸納出可建議的研究方向。   根據上述之研究與分析,本研究以嘉義市18 所國民小學為研究範圍,18 位國民小學教師兼任資訊組長、網管教師與一般教師為研究對象,以問卷調查為研究的工具,利用統計的方法和SPSS 軟體分析。   本研究結果歸納後顯示,一般教師大多為女性且已婚,年紀大約都在31~40 歲之中為最多,且對於教師兼任資訊組長的職務覺得太過勞累,且意願不高。關鍵詞:國民小學教師、資訊組長、工作滿意度
      The purpose that this thesis develops, aim at probing into the The Cognition and Expectation of Job Satisfaction of Information Leader In Elementary School Teachers In Chia-Yi Cityand making investigations.The administrative work of the schools is nearly all worked out by the teacher of the school,though what the information leader of Chia-yi cityhave with giving and with the leader reduces the regulation of the class, but to the information environment with rapid change, and tedious work and business, may influence teaching quality and administrative operation.So, must understand background, ability, will, administration'sgoing through and working nature of the part-time teacher,etc. Analyse that it may produce different responses because personal factor is different to probe into. According to above-mentioned research and analysis, sum up the research direction that can be proposed.   This research range is 18 elementary schools in Chia-yi city, it is research objects that 18 information leader or network management teachers and general teacher concurrently, regard questionnaire investigation as the tool studied, utilize the method to count,and SPSS software analysis.   This result of study show after being summed up,mostly for womenand married, probably for being most, and think to the post which the teacher hold the information leader concurrently during 31~40 years old that it is tired to overwork very much at the age, and the will is not high.
