    摘要:   有關現今供應鏈管理的議題已聚焦在整體實務面的操作與理論的運用上,而僅追求生產利潤極大化的傳統企業目標實嫌不足。企業應同時就整體供應鏈中所有環節的資源施行全面性的獲利探討,並藉由全面性的討論創造總體價值最大化以取代傳統的生產利潤的目標,實是企業應深思的焦點議題。   本研究旨在全面性的探討有關採購、生產、機器選擇、存貨、配送以及缺貨等問題並提供一模式化的數量決策平台,使決策者易於使用並提供企業在供應鏈中各環節之多期規劃上做一全盤性的考量及即時性之分析。因此有關多期多樣式產品在有限產能與空間限制下之多工廠生產庫存規劃、多機器選擇生產規劃、多供應商之數量折扣下之物料採購規劃、多產品之配送規劃以及產品缺貨的懲罰情況下建構一以追求成本最小化為目標之非線性整數規劃INLP (Integer Nonlinear Programming)模型。此外,本模式在求解方面則利用Lingo 9.0 extended version套裝軟體語法進行模式構建,並選擇內建之Global Solver進行全域最佳解之搜尋運算,同時舉一數值範例進行求解之說明。本研究因具有高度的重現性,因此可為供應鏈中各企業在追求整體最佳之採購、生產庫存以及配送規劃上扮演一重要之參考依據。 
      In current century, the issue of supply chain management is focused on the practical operations and the theoretical applications. Traditional business only aims to pursue the maximal profit in the production stage, but it is still not enough. A business should overall discuss the overall benefits of resources and the facilities among entire stages simultaneously. Based on the overall considerations, achieving the marco-creation value to instead of the pursue of trachtional the production profit should be the focual considered issue for a business.   This study is aimed to establish a system for a decision maker in order to provide a referenced decision-making platform under the current complicated environment as well as function as a decision-making tool for focusing on the overall and real-time analyses of multi-interval planning for a supply chain system. This system is willing to investigate the purchase, the production, the machine selection, the inventory, the distribution, and the shortage to deal with the customers’ demand with pursuing the overall minimum cost under the constrained production capability and finite inventory capacity. This study not only considers the multi-product order, multi-factory production, multi-material purchase, multi-machine selection, Quantity discounts, customer demand, product inventory cost and limited space, but also provides the punishment cost of the demand shortage to construct an Integer Nonlinear Programming (INLP) mathematical model with the achievement of the minimum cost. In addition, the proposed mathematical model is constructed by the syntax of Lingo 9.0 extended version, and then the built-in Global Slover is selected as its solving method. A numerical example is then followed. This study creates a highly repeated characteristic because of the application of the package software (Lingo 9.0), and therefore it can treat as a valuable decision tool.
