    Abstract:   臺灣的傳統表演藝術團體在充滿競爭力的社會環境中,為了強化自身的立足點,必須隨著世界潮流的趨勢逐漸轉變經營方式,求新求變與創新的經營模式是傳統表演藝術團體所需面對的重要課題。經營的理念與模式關乎到表演藝術團體的存在和價值,如何在維護傳統與既定創新之下,使表演藝術能繼續活絡於充滿競爭的社會中,其成功關鍵因素是本研究將探討之議題。  本研究擬以創新經營模式與行銷策略、藝術市場開發之定位與可行性、專業人才培訓之策略、演出型態之創新、異業合作之策略與經營現況與未來規劃,六大面向,選取台灣具代表性之四個表演藝術團體,將目前執行創新經營之方向進行歸納整理,透過其實務上之經驗,分析對於表演團體具有效益之經營策略因素。  本研究為探討傳統表演藝術團體創新經營模式之研究,透過多個案研究法、深度訪談法、次級資料分析法與文獻分析法等之質性研究法進行探討,進一步瞭解研究對象創新經營之理念與方法。
      Traditional performing arts groups in Taiwan are facing a competitive social environment. In order to intensify their standing point, they have to change their management stretegy in accordance with world trend. Management ideals and models relate to the existing values of a performing arts group. This study focuses on the balance between maintaining tradition and innovation so as a performing arts group can survive in this competitive society.  This study chose four landmark performing arts groups and generalized their contemporary innovative management methods in six aspects: innovative management models and marketing strategies, art market development and possibilities, professional training strategies, performing model innovation, horizontal cooperation strategies, and management status quo and future plan.   This research studied the innovative management models of traditional performing arts groups. Qualitative research method, such as multiple-case study, in-depth interview, secondary data analysis, and document analysis were used to further understand the innovative management ideals and methods of the targets.
