摘要: | 本研究主要目的在探討如何運用文化創意工作的思維與經營方式,將一般休閒民宿以具體的形塑、包裝與形行銷等方式,蛻變成為以文化創意工作為經營模式的民宿。經瞭解23.5蔚藍民宿經營人因具有相當高的文藝創作能量,希望藉由其二館為研究案例,研究如何結合藝術及文創作品等文化體驗,據以創造出不同以往的經營模式,讓民宿經營不再只是單純販賣住宿空間而已,而是一個可以讓客人感染文藝氣息及身心安頓的空間。 本研究將透過深度訪談法,針對個案相關人員進行深度訪談,以瞭解個案在投入型塑文化創意類型民宿,所可能延伸出來的文化創意作品創作與行銷、經營、管理、意願等問題,並再依受訪者本身、學者專家、風景管理處及遊客等面向,由受訪著依其主觀了解方向或意見提出詳細說明,以供探討。然而,從休閒產業走向文化創意產業,並不是一件容易的事,未來將如何以文化創意產業結合民宿經營,並運用獨創的文創商品來增加經營效益,將會是未來澎湖民宿業者所必須審慎評估的一條路,也是本研究後續研究建議想提引出的問題。 文化創意的推動,不只是未來經濟發展的重要動力,也是整體文化、藝術、生活美學的一個概念。因此,若能將文創概念導入,以整合澎湖地區民宿、企業、藝術家及文化工作者等各種跨領域專業,必能持續運用創新營運思維,為台灣文化創意產業開拓嶄新的市場契機,締造更大的經濟產值。 The main purpose of the research is how to explore the management method of creative cultural work, reform of arrange hostels. Through constructional, packaging and marketing methods, to transform the business model of the hostel, make it utilise the creative cultural market. It is understood that the CEOof 23.5 Deep Blue hostel possess a high creative drive, and intend on using the second building as a case of study , to explore methods of combining art and creative culture works and other cultural experiences . Through this study, they intend on developing a brand-new managing strategy, transforming the hostel so that it will be no longer a place that only provides the guests to be touched by the artistic, cultural and relaxing space. This research will process individual interviews, obtaining the further understanding of the possible venture that might be feasible after the transformation into a creative cultural hostel. The research also hopes to gain an understanding of potential management marketing, creative and other possible obstacles. Through the information obtained in the interviews, it is possible to review the interviewees, scholars, experts,touristss ,and the environmental authoritics thoughts and opinions about the proposed plan. It should be noted that the transformation will not be easy or straight forward. Hostel owners must consider how to combine creative culture with the hospitality industry, and to develop subsequent products to increase its profits. The follow up research will hope to address this concern and to suggest solutions. The promotion of the cultural creativity market not only can boost the economical growth but also build a concept about art life, and cultural aspects. Therefore , if this concept can be instilled into the hostel industry of Peng-Hu ,the artistic industry , cultural industry and other businesses ,it will enable the continued usage to create a wide range of opportunities for the Taiwanese cultural creative industry . This will provide larger economical value in return. |
