摘要: | 本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國小高年級學童休閒滿意度、人格特質及幸福感的現況及其關係,並分析不同背景變項之學童在各構面之差異情形。問卷調查以嘉義縣國小學童為母群體,採隨機抽樣方式,抽取350份國小學童為樣本,總計回收有效問卷331份,並將資料進行因素分析,描述性統計分析,t-檢定,單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析。根據資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論:第一、 國小高年級學童之整體休閒滿意度與幸福感皆達中上程度。第二、 國小高年級學童之人格特質中以「親和性」得分最高,其餘依序為「學習開放性」、「勤勉審慎性」,而「神經質」得分最低。第三、 國小高年級學童之「休閒滿意度」及「人格特質」皆受性別、擔任班級幹部之次數、休閒伙伴影響而有所差異。第四、 國小高年級學童之「幸福感」受擔任班級幹部之次數、休閒伙伴影響而有所差異。第五、 國小高年級學童之休閒滿意度與幸福感具有正向關係。最後、 國小高年級學童之人格特質與幸福感具有正向關係。本研究依研究結果提出建議,可作為家長、國小學童、教育工作者及後續研究之參考依據。 The purpose of this study is to understand the status of the high-grade elementary school students' leisure satisfaction, personality traits and well-being in Chiayi County. The study trys to compare the differences of students' backgrounds on leisure satisfaction, personality traits and well-being. The study investigated the students who are studying in public elementary school in Chiayi County and collected 331 effective questionnaires. The data was analyzed by different statistical analysis, such as descriptive analysis, the t-test,one way ANOVA and regression analysis. The conclusions are as following. First, the high-grade elementary school students' leisure satisfaction and well-being have reached upper level. Second, in personality traits, agreeableness is the highest, followed by openness to experience, conscientiousness and neuroticism. Third, the high-grade elementary school students' leisure satisfaction and personality traits by the impact of gender, as the number of cadres, casual friends and there are differences. Fourth, the high-grade elementary school students' well-being by the impact of as the number of cadres, casual friends and there are differences. Fifth, leisure satisfaction is positively related to well-being. Last, personality traits is positively related to well-being. Finally, the author provided specific recommendations as a reference for parents, students, educators and future researchers according to the conclusions of the study. |
