| 摘要: | 本研究旨在探討經歷同仁因公殉職事件後，刑警人員對其工作態度、家庭價值觀及其生命意義的衝擊。本論文以張OO分隊長因公殉職的事件作為研究主軸，探究此事件與分隊長參與槍戰之刑警人員所呈現生命意義、工作態度與家庭價值觀轉變的狀況。透過深度訪談5位與殉職分隊長一起參與槍戰的刑警人員，再以詮釋現象學研究法了解他們經歷此事件後的生命意義、工作態度與家庭價值觀的轉化情形。 本研究發現，參與者身處在怖慄處境下的生命經驗均為個人化的，且迫使個人活出真實的自我，在怖慄處境下之生命歷程可分為：怖慄處境前之慣例性執勤期、發生槍戰之前怖慄處境期、經歷同仁殉職事件之怖慄期及經歷同仁殉職事件之怖慄彌漫期。本研究結果得出，經歷同仁因公殉職事件之刑警同仁在工作態度上符合Frankl提倡意義治療的創造性意義的價值及體驗性意義的價值，在家庭價值觀上符合Frankl提倡意義治療的體驗性意義的價值，在生命意義上符合Frankl提倡意義治療的創造性意義的價值及態度性意義的價值。
This study was designed to investigate the incident after the experience of colleague killed on duty, Criminal Police officers impact their work attitude, family values and the meaning of life. In this paper, Zhang captain killed on duty in the event as a research the spindle, this event is to explore the situation that Criminal Police officers with the captain involved in the shootout presented the meaning of life, work attitudes and family values change. Through in-depth interviews five criminal police officers with killed captain involved in the shootout together,then the interpretation of phenomenological research method to understand the meaning of life they experienced after this event, transforming circumstances and attitudes of family values. The study found that, Participants living in a situation of terror chestnut life experiences are personal, and forcing the individual to live out the true self,in the course of life under terror chestnut situation can be divided into: chestnut customary before the terror of the situation of duty, before a shoot situation of terror chestnut, terror experienced colleagues killed in the event of chestnut and experienced colleagues killed in incidents of terror filled the stage chestnut. The study results, criminal Police events experienced colleagues killed on duty, the value and significance of experiential value on work attitudes in line with Frankl Logotherapy promote creative sense, value in line with the experience of the meaning of family values advocate Frankl's logotherapy, in the sense of the meaning of life in line with Frankl promote meaningful therapeutic value and creative attitude significance value. |
