    摘要:   本研究目的是以心理劇運用在單親母親與子女衝突案例,理解參與個案改變學習歷程、情緒改變現象、個案在家庭中互動關係改變要素及情緒改變模式。  本研究進行五場心理劇成長團體,並在心理劇結束後,對各場劇之主角進行深度訪談,以收集個案改變前後之資料;再將心理劇過程及深度訪談錄影錄音轉譯為文本,運用詮釋學及「置身所在」的方法,對文本進行分析、理解、詮釋。  本研究所實施心理劇融入家族治療的元素,以家庭為單位實施心理劇,進行五場心理劇,共有十一位主角參與,本研究之結果如下:一、心理劇促進單親母親與子女衝突在情緒面、認知面、靈性面、及社會關係面等面向改變學習。二、心理劇促進單親母親與子女衝突者改變學習的技巧有:(一)角色交換:使自己與他人互易置身所在,而覺察自我和他人認知的改變。(二)鏡觀:將自己置於第三人位置去檢視自我。(三)情緒宣洩:抒發內在積鬱淨化與改變情緒。(四)愛的撫慰:促進心底情感的流動之改變泉源。(五)支持:體認外來力量的陪伴賦於勇氣。(六)自我整合:整合內在情緒衝突後提升心靈層次。三、心理劇對單親母親與子女衝突而情緒失落者轉化的模式:基本上包含了渲洩、對話、感受、理解、體會、滋養、連結、整合、平和九個歷程,此九個樣態在改變歷程中的順序不一,但卻為不可少的要素。四、心理劇可在團體中「同時治療多重個案」。且在治療後呈現「平和」之共同現象。五、在親子心理劇團體中發現與驗證「依附失落是可以回復的」,它符合人性對情感挽回的期待,而非只是在理論層次的推理。
      This research base on the cases of the conflict of single-parent families, using psychodrama to involve and analyse the learning journey, emotional transformation, the interaction and emotional changes between family members.   The research based on working with five psychodrama groups. After the psychodrama therapy, the writer interviewed with each character played in the drama. The interview conversation is recorded in this paper, then analysed, comprehend by the writer through a first persons point of view.Originally, a psychodrama learning process targeted individuals learning changes.  However, this research has added family members into the therapeutic elements. Therefore, there were eleven main characters involved in these five psychodrama groups. The results found as follows:1.Psychodrama enforces single parenting family’s conflict transform emotionally, spiritually and socially.2.The skills which enforces single parenting family’s conflict transforms through psychodrama includes:a. Character swapping: to play in other person’s shoe, noticing the cognitive changes between self and others.b. Mirror observing: Put oneself in the third person’s position to reflect yourself.c. Emotional let go: let go suppressed emotion to clarify and transform emotion.d. Console by love: forward ones source of deep feeling.e. Support: to recognise the energy of external help and company which brings courage.f. Self integration: Integrate self emotion, up raising spiritual level.3.The transformation model of psychodrama, helping people who are depressed which are caused by living in single-parent family: basically it includes releasing tears, conversation, experiencing, understanding, nurturing, connecting, integrating and moderate, nine journeys. These journeys can swap orders during the transform procedure, but none of them are to be missed.4.Psychodrama can be done in multi cases at once, it helps moderating the therapy.5.In the parent-children psychodrama group experiment, it is found that attached lost is repairable. It is not only a theoretical inference, but also fits into the expectation towards emotions in humanity.
