| 摘要: | 本論文採立意取樣方式，篩選六位年資三年以上的鳳凰志工為研究參與者，透過質性研究的深入訪談法取得文本資料，藉由半結構訪談的過程，瞭解其加入鳳凰志工之參與動機及心路歷程，繼而深入探討對於生命、死亡的看法，並與未擔任鳳凰志工前對於生命、死亡的看法相互對照分析。 研究目的為：一、探討鳳凰志工擔任志工前後對生命的看法。二、探討鳳凰志工擔任志工前後對死亡的看法。 依據研究文本歸納分析後，發現擔任鳳凰志工前後，對於生命、死亡的看法有顯著差異。研究參與者們因不同機緣加入鳳凰志工，特殊事件之影響甚大，為不可思議之因緣。在意義價值需由主要三種途徑來追尋，研究參與者先以「受苦」途徑為引點，繼而有「創造、工作」、「體認價值」等途徑一同找尋專屬自己生命的意義。研究參與者在鳳凰志工領域中學習成長，獲得不僅是救人的成就感，亦藉由參與他人之生死大事後看見生命、看見死亡，進而覺察省思自己，自我調整，也慢慢將服務內化於生活中，而渾然不知所覺，服務已成為生活的一部分，並以自己為中心，以慈悲喜捨之利他情懷，向外圓擴散影響至家人、朋友、社會等，傳遞溫暖散播愛，找尋屬於適合自己的道路，秉持學習利他精神，進而增進社會的安詳與和樂，不僅豐富了自我，更活出了生命的價值與意義。鳳凰志工任務是參與緊急救護工作，每件救護工作都與生命息息相關，看見了生命的自然循環－生、老、病、死，亦能進一步體會，將由「老」、「死」、「病」而後再「生」，省思如何把握當下，更懂得珍惜與感恩。
In this paper, we use the purposive sampling method to select participants, more than six years seniority Phoenix volunteers, for this study. Then obtaining text information through in-depth qualitative research interviews, with a semi-structure interview process, to understand Phoenix volunteers their motivation and mentality.We try to compare with volunteers participated in the previous and the current difference in concept and attitude about life and death. Paper purposes: (A) Investigate the Phoenix volunteers served as a volunteer before and after views of life.(B) Investigate the Phoenix volunteers served as a volunteer before and after views on death. After induction of text analysis, we found that around Phoenix as volunteers, they have significant differences in the views of life and death. Participants got different opportunities to join the Phoenix volunteers whose special events made great impact and these synchronicity are incredible. Value needed to pursue in the three main ways. First, the participants start with suffering and then ＂creating and work＂, ＂recognize the value ＂ to find the meaning of their lives together. Phoenix volunteers learn to grow in the field of study not only get a sense of achievement but also involved in post-event to see life and death form patients, they will slowly reflect upon their own awareness, self-regulation, but also in the lives of within the service, It’s unaware that service has become part of life, and self-center to make people feel mercy which influence family, friends, society, passing warm spreading love, find their own path and with spirit of learning, thus it enhance social and serenity which not only enriched themselves, but live out the value and meaning of life. Phoenix volunteer tasks are involved in emergency rescue work, each rescue work and life are closely related, they saw the natural cycle of life - birth, old , sickness and death. They also experience by the ＂old＂, ＂death＂, ＂disease ＂and then ＂ born ＂reflection how to cherish the moment, more appreciative and grateful. |
