| 摘要: | 本研究旨在探討非營利事業組織，內政部立案社團法人佛教華嚴學會(高雄分會)同時又加入高雄市非宗教社團法人高雄市生命教育協會志工，除服務他人社會學習外，又自我要求學習而參與華嚴學會華藏工程，善用其心「聆聽、欣賞、接納」及提疑情(不同觀念，不對立先接受再驗證，不堅持自己當下正確的態度)的原則，反思和待人處事成效。 以大華嚴寺導師，海雲(繼夢)昌一法師三十年的弘揚《華嚴經》語言、思維、和行法模式的華嚴學構面角度來解釋，詮釋和探討志工參與前後，服務後自我/小組合作學習成效為何。研究目的：瞭解志工參與華嚴學華藏工程善用其心的動機目的、探討善用其心的意涵、一時困境及成效、組織健全發展的意見、未來之參考。研究採質化深度訪談的方式進行，以21人逐一正式半結構式的訪談： 結論：(1) 志工參與動機多重多樣。(2) 靠六字真言（聆聽接納欣賞）反觀諸己，在華工班作此練習也是個修行方式。(3) 運用到「善用其心」及提疑情不會像過去那麼自以為是。(4) 待人處事漸懂尊重他人，心態上漸不以自我為中心自居。(5) 修行的成果不是一日可得，至少可以讓自己朝向目標前進。(6) 正向的待人處世，覺得銜接的那個樞鈕應該是覺察和疑情。(7) 面對對方的批評與指責時，要虛心的受教更是一大挑戰。(8) 困境化解需要愈長，不善用心，化解時間短，善用心。(9)彙集訪談志工如何健全發展組織的建議十項
