本研究旨在探討高等教育學程實施品德教育應如何建構環境、以多元創新方式將品德教育融入正式或非正式課程、生活教育暨活動始能養成學生正確的道德觀與價值觀,以利其品格教育的實踐。本研究以高等教育為研究對象選擇個案學校,以品德教育為主軸,並針對個案學校組織暨學生特性瞭解該校品德教育、彙整分析個案學校歷年品德教育推廣整體計畫與實施成果。藉由個案行動研究方式,運用文獻分析法、參與觀察、問卷調查、訪談,檢視該校實施過程中所面臨的困境與因應之道,根據研究結果分析與討論提出建議。 This study was designed to investigate how the higher education program can construct the morality environment by integrating morality education into formal or informal curriculum、life education and activities,in order to help students develop the correct morality vitures and personal values to implement morality education。Higher education was aimed and selected NTOU as case for the study,in this study,morality education as the main topic,according to the characteristics of NTOU organization and students、analysis the morality education promotion history and the performance evaluation of NTOU,to see how NTOU executing the morality education。By action research on observing practicing processes, using methods of document analysis、gaining information from questionnaires, and interviewing the administrative staff,examine the difficulties and coping trategy of implementation process, finally, the study makes comments and suggestions according to the result of research.
