In 2011, the 9.0 on the Richter scale earthquake happened off the coast of Japan. Afterwards, a tsunami triggered by the earthquake. The tsunami destroyed the nuclear power plant in Fukushima and it made the radiation leak. Because of the nuclear disaster in Japan, Taiwan's anti-nuclear voices are getting louder; overwhelming pressure eventually forced the government to seal off the nuclear power plant, and make the decision after. However, the immediate damage caused by the nuclear disaster is much less than earthquakes and tsunamis did. But why the public opinion in Taiwan is to talk about nuclear discoloration, and is indifferent to the more destructive of tsunami and earthquake? Of course, the real danger of radiation leakage is the long-term health damage, but compare with the radiation, unhealthy diet and lifestyle is more damage. Why is the public opinion in Taiwan not to care about it? More than a puzzle is, the peak of Taiwan's Anti-nuclear Public Opinion is not in 2011 but in the three years later, and what is it? Why exactly is the Anti-nuclear Public Opinion in Taiwan? This is the research to explore and investigate the questions. In this regard, the study claims that Taiwan's anti-nuclear voices are the cause of insufficient and get less information and be manipulated by political ideologies. In the case of more information and free from political influence patterns of consciousness, the Taiwan Anti-nuclear Public Opinion will be changed.
