    Abstract: 本文文嘗試從「慈悲喜捨」四無量心之具體內容及精神對於大、小乘之不同修行方法與態度作一反省與檢討，並希冀對於一般認為代表大乘菩薩慈悲心行的「留惑潤生」與「眾生不盡誓不成佛」思想作一探討與釐清，以具體顯示慈悲喜捨四心之「無量」義，並由之以彰顯大乘菩薩所以「留惑潤生」，以及興發「眾生不盡誓不成佛」大誓願之精神與影響。
