    Abstract: 本文旨在研究2008年IUFM未併入一般大學之前的法國師資培育的評鑑制度,主要包括評鑑的簡史、理念,評鑑機制與內涵、評鑑制度之優缺點。根據文獻探討,發現法國師資培育自1996年由CNE實施首次評鑑之後,每隔4年評鑑乙次。其評鑑是一種總結性的質性取向,主要以內在評鑑做為外在評鑑的基礎。評鑑項目包括八項:一、評鑑目標;二、評鑑政策與法規規定;三、評鑑類型;四、評鑑負責機構與成員組成;五、評鑑項目:分為硬體與軟體層面;六、評鑑方法論;七、評鑑程序;八、評鑑結果之運用。最後發現法國評鑑有其清楚的目標方法論、程序法規規定及結果運用,惟內部評鑑需再加強其分析,同時,外部評鑑需加強相關人員的訪談,以增加評鑑信、效度。準此,本文一方面提供比較教育中的法國評鑑資料,另一方面做為提升法國及我國師資培育制度評鑑品質之參考,據之以提升我國師資培育品質。
    This paper attempts to critically study on the evaluation of the teacher program in France before 2008. Firstly, the brief history, ideas, items and evaluation mechanisms are reviewed critically. Secondly, the merits and shortcomings are founded based on the ideas, items and evaluation mechanism evaluated. Finally, it is recommended that the construction of autonomous evaluation system and codes of evaluation practice are needed for the improvement of the quality of teacher education program in France and Taiwan.
