工作價值觀量表係由吳鐵雄、李坤崇、劉佑星、歐慧敏(民 84 )編製,目的在協助大專生與大專畢業在職人員了解自己的人生目標與未來職業展望。本研究旨在賡續考驗「大專畢業在職人員」在工作價值觀量表的信度與效度,建立大專畢業在職人員的常模與價值觀組型。大專畢業在職人員之量表隔三週和隔六週重測信度係數平均值為.8104 和.7610 , Cronbach α係數平均值為.883。可見,本量表的信度頗佳。同時效度以陳英豪、汪榮才、劉佑星、歐滄和、李坤崇(民 77)修訂super(1970)的「工作價值觀量表」為效標進行考驗;建構效度以性別差異、年齡差異、服務年資差異、內在相關和驗證性因素分析來考驗,結果顯示本量表的同時、建構效度尚佳。以2,426名大專畢業在職人員為樣本,建立大專畢業在職人員的百分等級、T分數常模和26種職業的價值觀組型。 The purposes of this research were to test the reliability, validity and to construct the norms and the value patterns of Work Value Inventory (WVI) for the employees of college-graduate. The average of the test-retest reliability coefficient over a period of three weeks and a period of six weeks were .8104 and .7610, respectively. The average of Cronbach α coefficient for the subtests was .8836. Canonical Correlation between Super's Work Value Inventory and WVI was tested for the employee of college-graduate. The discussion of construct validity, in comparisons with difference in sex, ages and served years on the job were provided. A multi-trait multi-method matrix was presented and eight confirmatory factors analysis were conducted. Generally, the construct validity was acceptable. The Percentile, T score norm and the value patterns of occupation were also provided by a sample of 2,426 employees.
